Kay Heating & Air Conditioning

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever witnessed. After two of their employees STOLE my phone their impertinent "manager" began cursing at me in a loud tone. Even after "fixing" my unit they left pieces everywhere in my living room. Don't waste your time with them. Very unprofessional.

Service manager & technicians aren't professional. They don't communicate with one another & service manager is a very big talker however not a very good listener. Many broken promises. Would not recommend this company to anyone. You will be highly disappointed!

They go through technicians like they change their pants everytime is a different one saying each time the techs i like have quit the technicians that they have now do not know what they are doing they had to run outside to get on there phone to have someone tell them what to do the service manager Ryan came to my house looking high on drugs and needing to pull his pants up "very disgusting" save yourself some trouble find another company.

They came promptly and repaired my air condition unit but their prices are kind of high

Came out and fix nothing.. cost me almost a hundred dollars.. I have never been so disappointed.

Good Honest service, all off their techs are great and professional. Very considerate and polite staff including office staff

Never could get an appointment set up. Tried twice online and couldn't get an answer on the phone.

Receptionist wasn't knowledgeable of services and pricing.
