Key Heating stands by their work. I had them out for routine maintenance on my heating system. After the gentleman left, there was an issue with an alarm. Key had someone come back out immediately and check the system. The second technician, Jimmy, was amazing. He validated the temperatures and gave me a complete lesson on how the system works. I now have peace of mind knowing the system is safe.

Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. We had an emergency situation that could have been life-threatening and Jason was able to identify the problem immediately. He, along with Justin worked to install new equipment and made sure everything was safe and working properly.

Jimmy was on time, friendly as always, explained everything that was happening with my boiler & was efficient in making repairs. Key is a wonderful service company to work with. As a woman I always feel respected and safe with the representatives of this company.

We had such a great experience with Key today! The issue was much worse than anticipated, and took up the entire day. They were courteous, patient, and completely professional. Issue resolved! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
