Any questions I call the office about, is promptly and courteously answered and explained. The servicemen who come to the house are friendly and explain every step they're going to take and explain why. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Install gas lines service for new Generic system and install a stubbed line into my home. Issues: Berico Quoted but does not do stubbed lines .....so you must have your lines to an appliance. Corrective action....Service Techs at your home are the correct people to talk too. Spent more monies and had 3 appliances added to create a win-win. Bottom line. Do not ask/quote a "stubbed" Line. Willing to stay with them since their reputation has always been much better than this.

Had James Harris come out on a maintenance he was professional, courteous, and completely knowledgeable. Berico is an awesome company and I will use them for the rest of my life. Not to mention the commercials are fantastic.

Our home runs on Propane. The stove, oven, heat, water heater, and fireplace use Propane. A large company bought out the local gas company we used for years and for some reason they would not bring us any gas. We were down to 30% in the middle of winter. So we contacted Berico and they quickly and efficiently dug up our old tank and put in their tank and filled us up with Propane! We are so happy that we can call a dependable company that's served the triad for years and know that we can get Propane when we need it. Many in our neighborhood are considering changing too. Thank you Berico!

They've maintained my old system for many years but the time finally came to replace it. Tim, Bruce and Devon were quick, courteous and professional. They were also personable, and cleaned up the workspace well.

I realized my oil reserve was almost empty and called to schedule for Berico to come out, thinking it wouldn’t be until the following week. They were not only able to come the next day but came the next morning! We had Rodney and he was amazing. Everyone I’ve talked to at Berico has been great so far, but Rodney went above and beyond. My 3 year old came out while he was pumping our oil and he took the time to show my son how everything worked and even honked the horn for him. My family has been a customer of Berico for over 30 years and I am happy to be carrying on the loyalty to this company too.

I am more than pleased with Berico fuels. They are so nice and they really know what they are doing. I just moved into a new house with propane logs that have not been used in 5 years. They spent the time to show me how it works, made sure it was working properly, and went over my AC/heat which they installed eight years ago. I am so glad I called Berico Fuels. Cody the service man was very professional and took his time with me since all this was a new experience. Thank you!!

Daryll and Jasper were fabulous. They handled our yearly HVAC maintenance efficiently and offered suggestions to maximize the use of our equipment safely. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and able to carry on a conversation. These young men are a definite asset to the Berico staff.

I've had the pleasure of using Berico Oil for at least ten years and the service is reliable & efficient. The customer service is refreshing. An example of going beyond the necessary was when it snowed one winter, I was lucky enough to receive oil that day after being trapped in my driveway for days because of the city workers plowing the roads and blocking my driveway. A Berico delivery driver transferred the oil than he drove his truck back & forth in my driveway to clear us a path.
