Berico has the nicest people. They are professional and knowledgeable. You cannot get better service anywhere else. I really love this company.

I have always had great service with their techs that do maintenance on my oil furnace, gas logs and my 30 yr old A/C Unit! Stephanie and Veda are both wonderful. Also …the gals in the office that answer a ton of calls all day are always helpful and enjoyable to talk to…can’t remember all of their names but June and LeAnn are two that come to mind…always a delight!

There is only one true AC/heating dealer in Greensboro and that is Berico. They did my first heating system back in 1975 and I have hung with them ever since. Are they the cheapest, I don’t think so but your satisfaction with a job well done and the maintenance is worth ever penny. All you have to lose is not looking into them as your HVAC dealer.

Representative was very professional. He explain everything he done and will be back to complete all request. They repaired our A/C system in the summer and heating in the winter. They even arrived early. I would recommend Berico to anyone needing there services. They get the job done.

Old gas log fireplace needed repair.Other companies tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out.James at Berico quickly diagnosed the issue and told me what parts were needed then once we found them he returned and dud a very professional installation. Everyone we dealt w at Berico from start to finish couldn't have been any more helpful and the repair price was very fair!

Great service and nice people. They installed a gas fireplace for us and we're very happy with it. The price, however, surprised us, but this is the first time we've done this, so it has been a learning experience.

Very happy with the HVAC service as well as the gas service provided. They connected my grill and generator in a manner that would make you believe they were doing it as if it was their own home. Customer service is beyond responsive and friendly.

We were going with Amerigas but they kept mischeduling. When we called they would give us some person that wasn’t local.
We switch to Berico, always someone local every time we call. Very prompt service. They provide service like no other comps post Covid.
