    My experience with this company has been outstanding! Jonathan Willard is the most professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy technician that has ever come to my house. He is the only technician I want to service my three HVAC units. Kirby Overby came to my home in December 2016 because the heat pump for my Family Room had failed. Kirby evaluated the situation and there are 9 registers and 80% of the HVAC was going to 4 registers! I have 2 FAG Systems and one heat pump for the Family Room. It was a disaster! Kirby redesigned the system for the Family Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room and Half Bath and there is equal air flow to ALL the registers. He also added an additional intake for air after doing an engineering analysis and the system works to perfection! We purchased an excellent Carrier system and went from a heat pump to all gas and couldn't be happier! I had 2 other estimates and in all fairness wanted to go with a company that could do the job and not a one person operation. I moved into this house in July 2016 and had done a lot of business with another HVAC company and I dealt with the owner. They were clueless in not recognizing that 80% 0f the air flow was going to 4 registers! The point is they would have replaced the unit in the same location and I would still have the same problem! Only Kirby recognized the air flow and addressed the problem. My wife and I are so happy and this is the only company that will be allowed on my property.

    Well I’m sorry you feel that way sir It was an honest opinion I thought a review was supposed to be honest and to let family and friends know not to make the same mistakes as others. And also if your reviews where honest it would not just be reviews from your own family and friends. And you call that honesty!!!! I think fraud is against googles policy!!!!and from research I have found that to be true. And if y’all was so loyal why didn’t you continue to use your own name instead of someone else’s and using there name to carry you on there back there is reason for that and I’ll contact google personally to ask why only good reviews stay up and my opinion doesn’t matter I’m speaking the truth some just don’t like the truth. And I have freedom to do so I figured my one comment was better than the 20 customers I heard it from and also tommy was in business for all those years not the buyers of his name so let’s get it right.. so I’m sure you guys had a contract so let’s see what all you broke in agreement and contract y’all will delete this I’m sure as you read it but let’s be honest and do not think I want file a motion as a us citizen. It’s just funny your paid sales Gimmick to customers stays up but not truth of what you want to hear so is google reliable or are you!!!!!! Just saying !!!!!

    I use to work for the real Tommy Bynum in 2008 and it’s sad that former costumers I use to tend to,I see at local places and businesses and to ruin a good christian mans name just to get publicity and money and not give 100% as the actual Tommy Bynum did for customers. It is a disgrace to the mans built reputation as great employment and service for years for a non team playing company to buy and ruin!!! I just wish they would take the mans name off and bash there own name sorry for the input but some actually care for well paying customers and hard working us citizens and tax payers!!!     Called another major HVAC service provider to repair my Trane AC system. After an eight hour diagnosis, was quoted $1400 to replace an expansion valve. Called Tommy Bynum for a second opinion, Jonathan Willard rapidly determined the actual cause of the problem and the unit was repaired for less than $500. I know who I will call next time.
