Ronnie Smith did an excellent job, very thorough with air conditioning check, explaining a potential problem and fixing it promptly. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. Very satisfied with this company.

Jonathan arrived at the stated time and was very thorough and professional. He wore shoe covers to protect my flooring and was super careful in the house. He made sure I understood what he was doing and the repairs he was making. I appreciated his careful attention and low stress visit! Highly recommend!

We have been with this company for years. Never had a problem and like other reviews know that they will continue to operate and give the same great service they have always given. Dismayed at some of the terrible reviews I read. Not everyone can be pleased. Had our checkup this morning and Ronnie as always was punctual, knowledgeable and really just a guy you would like to hang out with.

Ronnie Smith repaired our duct work today and air handler. He is Awesome .. extremely knowledgeable and so willing to help.

Contacted Mike at Tommy Bynum H&C about an intermittent issue with the air handler. That same day he sent Anthony to diagnose the problem & determine corrective action. Anthony correctly identified the problem to be the electric heat control board & replaced it. Many thanks to the Anthony & the Tommy Bynum team! I will certainly contact them for any future service needs!

Just signed up with Tommy Brynum Heating and Cooling. Ronnie Smith did the inspection and cleaning. What a great experience. Ronnie was professional and took time to answer all my questions. I have been amazed by the professional service we have received during the last several days from Tommy Bynum Heating and Cooling as they demonstrated both positive and professional determination to address our heating and cooling issues. As homeowners requesting to move the air handler system in an extremely tight crawlspace to allow for an additional support beam to be constructed for needed support, seemed to be an almost an almost impossible request. But the work done by their crew, headed by Ronnie Smith, was nothing less than outstanding. My husband and I are more than pleased with the service we received! We do not usually write recommendations but their determination and quality work deserved recognition! The Whites
