I really thought I was making a good choice. The first few years after having my unit installed by them they were good. Can't say that about the last few yeas. If all you want is install and no follow up they will be ok. I was on the maintenance plan at one time but they even stopped sending me my reminders that it was that time. Had a problem recently and called the office and they came off as "oh well". Some one told recently it was like they get your business then move on. Guess they were right. But now I'm moving on.

Ronnie is an amazing technician. Very knowledgeable and always looking out for my expenses. He has always arrived the same day that I called for help.

Last night the temperature inside my house rose to 81 degrees. I contacted Tommy Bynum Heating & Cooling and Anthony Horton arrived promptly and replaced the blower capacitor. Anthony explained everything in detail and he checked to make sure the issue was resolved and that cool air was flowing from the vents. My house feels cool again! Thanks Anthony!

Exceptional customer service! Scheduled a repair with their office and was able to get an appt for the next morning. Jon, hvac tech sent to do repair, texted before he arrived and was here within the timeframe stated. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered questions I had. Will keep this company as my go to for heating and cooling and refer to anyone I know who needs work done with their hvac system.
