I had my yearly AC check with technician Ronnie Smith of Tommy Bynum Heating/Cooling. He was very thorough and kept me posted on what he was doing. When he found a problem, he was very patient in explaining it to me. He gave me some options and I'll follow up with the office. This is a top notch company and I will continue to call on them in the future.

when Tommy Bynum still owned this company, I used and found the service/ value acceptable if not superior, but this last experience was the worst ever. My mother died in October 21' leaving my 95 yo WWII vet father a widower and needing 24/7care; w him temp at my house I realized the furnace inducer fan was going bad (I used to work for Trane) so with record warm temps out in late December I still called for a technician to inspect/ diagnose. Following the service call I received no follow up contact and requested it myself four days later, then received a quote for nearly $1000 on the fifth day following call just as a SEVERE COLD SNAP rolled in to replace a part that I found online FOR $130 in 15 minutes although it's not "my job." Despicable service for someone disabled with a 95 y.o. dependent.

Getting a reminder call that it’s time to have our system checked is very helpful. The scheduler was efficient and very pleasant. The tech, Ronnie, was here today. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It’s a good feeling to know our system is in good working order.

Called on Fathers Day Sunday at 6:00 Pm . I actually had a live person answer the phone!😁 They had a very nice gentleman call me back in about 15 minutes . He said he was on the way to another call and would call when in route. Ronnie Smith was the tech can not say enough good about him very professional and upmost courtesy!! I am so thankful for all he did getting our system going again on Fathers Day. Thank you all for the Fantastic Customer Service you provide.

Ronnie Smith showed great customer service by taking care of my father-in-law's HVAC unit this past week. But, he went way beyond that when he saw my father-in-law fall in the garage, helped his caregiver to get him seated, waited for the fire department, and then called my husband to update him as to what happened. He is not only a great technician, but a caring individual. Great combination of a person.

The customer service was excellent. The technician "Jonathan" was great. Felicia in the office was also great to work with. She got everything set up quickly. We got set up on a yearly maintenance contract. Would highly recommend them.

This is my go-to company for all repairs and replacements for AC and Heating problems. My favorite quality of this company is their honesty with all the details of a project. I can trust them to be responsive and thorough when evaluating situations at my rental properties. I have used them several times, and am always pleased with their service.

Everyone on the team did an excellent job of taking care of us. Our install was complex ( 2 systems, high efficiency, and zoning controls) and spanned several days and I am quite detail oriented and everyone was pleasant and they were quick to return when we had something that needed fine tuning after the install. Thanks guys!
