Ronnie Smith came out to service our unit and we were very pleased. He was very friendly, and easy to communicate with. Was very thorough doing his job. Definitely recommend him! He deserves every bit of this 5 star rating!

Tommy Bynum had installed new heating and cooling units in my home about 18 months ago. My experience with them has been excellent both in the installation and the maintenance experiences. The ladies who work in customer service are always so pleasant and helpful in handling the phone calls. Every service person who has been in my home has been knowledgeable and so personable and very attentive to any concerns I have. I have been 100% satisfied that I chose this company for my heating and cooling needs.

Have ALWAYS received prompt, excellent service from Tommy Bynum folks. Have trusted their service for years. Ronnie Smith came to service our unit today. The Technician that serviced my system was Ronnie Smith. He was very knowledgeable about the unit I have, there was some issues with the system he showed me the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. I appreciated him taking the time to actually show me what the problem was. He not only fixed the unit he clean and serviced it. Great job

My Technician Anthony came early which really assisted me greatly in planning my day. He was knowledgeable and polite and very efficient. He cleaned up the area in which he was working and left everything neat and tidy. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Tommy Bynum as your HVAC Consultants and Technicians.

Now a part of Southern Comfort of Charlotte, they are professional, courteous, always on time and work quickly to fix any problems. We are on an annual service contract with them, which means they check our A/C in the summer and heating system in winter. That means they also prioritize us if we have any problems. Got to give a shout out to Anthony Holden, who has been our repairman on several occasions -- he really knows his stuff and is a nice guy as well.

prompt in addressing our issues however never received a call back as was told. took no responsibility for product failure but implied completely our fault for not checking fans on split system.. not a happy customer.

We had an issue with our furnace; Alex came out to our home the same day that we called for assistance, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even had time to add in an AC clean/tune up that I asked for at the last minute. Fair pricing, professional and competent service; I can't ask for more!

Caleb and Daryl were awesome! Fun guys but stayed on task and knocked out the install job in one day. Left the area as clean as when they arrived. Kirby was great to deal with upfront and provided good "first impression" of the company.

Had to call the fellas back out for my other unit this week. They came the same day. Ronnie was awesome!! Got me back up and running. These guys are awesome!
