Ronnie Smith came out early on a Saturday and did a great job. Located problem and explained my options. He was able to get unit cooling. Ronnie is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC help.

I called Bynums about getting service on my unit. Wasn't having any problems, just figured it was time to have it checked. Talked to Felicia who set an appointment that fit my schedule. She sent Jonathan, who provided the service work. Was glad to hear all it needed was a good cleaning. Thanks Felicia and Jonathan for the great service at a reasonable price. I will call again.

They are honest and willing to do repairs rather than just replace the system. We first used them for an ac problem several years ago. They made the repair and stood behind their work. Our system was 15+ years old and we were aware that it's days were numbered. When we decided to replace the upstairs and down stairs units their price was extremely fair. The units have a good warranty, and the instillation was seamless. Joey was our rep, and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you get a quote from these guys prior to repairing or replacing you heating/cooling system.

I needed an entire new AC unit. I found an email online and within minutes Joey emailed me back! On the first call we were able to set up a convenient time to get an estimate. Joey then gave me a phone number to text with additional questions or concerns! When Joey came for the estimate he was professional and very courteous. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I received a very professional and detailed estimate, pictures included! The day of the install I met Nick and Wayne, two more professional and courteous gentlemen!! We were very pleased with how quickly and professionally Ronnie Smith performed the repair of our AC unit. He didn't have the part needed for the repair on his truck but drove to Gastonia to the warehouse to get the part so that the repair could be completed and our unit would be back up and running.
