Harley is top notch. I don’t generally take the time to write reviews but, He’s always taken great care of me. I had Comfort Wizards install a new Carrier system for me 4 yrs ago and not a single problem or service call. I came home a few nights ago and my AC wasn’t working. Temperatures still in the 90’s, wife and kids – not happy By the time I called Harley for help, it was after 9pm so I didn’t expect to hear back till the next day. Amazingly, Harley called me back a few minutes later and spent considerable time troubleshooting with me over the phone and finally figuring out what the issue was. Thanks to Harley, I was able to get my AC working in short order and without having to wait for a tech to come out. Thanks Harley!!!

I rarely write reviews but I had to this time. This is my first time dealing with Comfort Wizards, and it certainly won't be my last, from this point they'll be my HVAC company. Harlan came out it to give me a quote on a new furnace but evaluated the condition of the furnace first. Another company had come out and convinced me that certain expensive components needed to be replaced and gave me a very high quote for doing the repairs and suggested that it might be better to put in a new system. They then arranged to have a sales person come over that afternoon. The sales person gave me a quote on a new system and again, it was a very high. I guess hoping that they I would make a rush decision. Instead I arranged to get some other quotes. The first company that came out gave me a quote that was almost half that of the other company. When Harlan came out I was just expecting him to give me a quote for a new system. However, Harlan felt it was important to first determine whether I really needed a new furnace. Harlan took a look at the system and clearly explained why the high temperature limit might have been triggered, which shut down my zone system circuit board and the furnace. Harlan reset the system and then set out a number of reasonable options to fix the issue if it occurred again. Everything is currently working well and Harlan saved me a bundle of money. It's encouraging to know that there are honest folks out there.

My experience is the same as other recent reviewers, which really worries me. I was also connected to them through my home warranty service. So having to deal with horrible customer service from HMS (home warranty) combined with the horrible customer service of Comfort Wizards has turned into a full time job.

Given an appointment with the same "No guaranteed time frame" and "45 minute heads up call". I called 3 times throughout the day to verify that I was still on the schedule. Got the EXACT same line "First call was difficult and is taking longer than expected". At 6:30pm techs finally called and showed up 5 minutes later. They told me that there was some confusion about the schedule!

After the techs finally arrived and checked out the system, I was basically told that it was better if they did NOTHING at the time (but sure put their hand out for the deductible--- which was an HMS drama). Unit needs cleaning before any diagnosis can be done and that won't be covered by HMS. But they wanted to submit for an approval to do a leak test and wanted to do both at the same time-- for my benefit, of course.

Getting all that "non-approval" took days, but not ALL Comfort Wizard's issues. Finally got it scheduled for DAYS later. Here it is the day before the appointment and I called to confirm appointment. Not surprised at all to find that there is no record of the "service order".

At this point I've been without properly working air for the upstairs since MAY 14th. Again, was only assigned to Comfort Wizards on 6/25. I'm afraid to ask to be assigned to ANOTHER service provider (they are my 5th). Apparently none of the businesses who are willing to work with HMS have very good customer service.

So at this point I'm waiting for a call back to figure out where my service order is and to find out if they are coming tomorrow. Based on the other reviews here, maybe I need to ask to speak to the owner. He seems to provide better service. So sorry that he is letting his employees ruin his good name.

I purchased my house ten years ago and the day I moved in the AC motor went. The home warranty company sent Comfort Wizards to fix it and I've never looked back. Later that year they replaced my furnace for me and they've done all my service calls over the last decade. Earlier this year, in August, my 30 year old AC unit took it's last breath. I could have repaired it for $600 he said, but Owner, Harlie (who made the house call himself), suggested I install a heat pump. I was skeptical, even trusting Comfort Wizards like I do, that they just wanted to make a buck off me, but Harlie sat down with me for almost 3 hours and explained how heat/ac units work, comparing my old unit with a new one... he explained how much of my electric bill is really spent heating and cooling the house, and what percentage of that amount I would save... he did the math and showed me how much I'd be saving on my electric bill if I went ahead and installed a heat pump... which wound up being within 15 dollars of the heat pump payment, so it was pretty much a wash. BUT when the heat pump is paid for in three years, Ill still save over $100 on my electric bill every month. I was sold... if he was telling the truth of course! But only time would tell that as the bills rolled in. Harlie told me to make sure I kept him updated on my savings and if it was not as he said, i was to call him right back (and he gave me his cell phone number). I'm happy to say he was spot on! My electric bill HAS been over $100 cheaper these last few months AND my home heats and cools so much more efficiently now! I wasn't expecting to see such a NOTICEABLE difference in comfort inside the home!! I'm SO glad I took the advice of a professional and I am SO glad that Comfort Wizards was who the insurance company sent to my home ten years ago. I HIGHLY recommend them. A good, honest, family owned business with fantastic customer service!!

Harley made me feel like we were business partners while we were designing the system that met my financial and HVAC needs. I am a person who wants to know all the details. Harley was very patient and explained all aspects thoroughly. He balanced the air flow in my system and used fact-based management to back up his recommendations. (Load Calculation) He provided multiple quotes that made it easy for me to decide on the best system that fit my needs. He also provided an all-inclusive service that covered air purification, de-humidification, vapor barriers and Knight UV lighting. He is flexible and will design a system that you will be happy with. Harley and his team provided "World Class" service. One example: I was surprised when he showed up with 2 window units and installed them so I would be comfortable during the time they installed the system. May I add at no extra cost. I highly recommend him and his team.

I was very impressed with Harlie Noble! After looking at my furnace and diagnosing it with a prior shabby job (to put it nicely), he helped me go to the source to get it fixed THE CORRECT WAY, unlike before with the previous maintenance company. He provided me with information, sources, contacts, drawings, and overall education on the issue. He no doubt went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for him. Highly recommend! I hired Comfort Wizards to do major AC repair and replacement work in my 10-year-old home in 2013 and again in 2015. First, a coil replacement on the second-floor original system that had failed. Then, running new conduits to a new sun room, followed by replacement of the first-floor system, including running a new conduit and vent to added room.

The work was done carefully, professionally, and with detailed explanation of what they were doing, what they had completed, and how to use all the new components.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company's work, fair pricing, and response to our needs!
