The repairman was very friendly and explained everything to me. Very professional. He figured out the problem right away. He had to go get the parts and was at my house probably after his work hours. He fixed our AC. Couldn't have been more happy!

Hmmm IDK but all i can say is I was not happy with their service. My heater went out they said it was the mother board I got a second opinion and found out the system was just frozen up... Technician came disconnected some wires and system would intermitted work he left it that way for a month. Second company came out and found several loose wires and fix it.. Good manners but service just sucks.. sorry.

Harlan was quick to respond and not only foxed the issue with my AC unit but also took the time to educate me on what the issue was and how to trouble shoot it myself in the future! I highly recommend Harlan and his services.

Thanks for the great service. They got my hvac up and running on a Monday morning. I called on Sunday afternoon and someone called me back right away. I'm very pleased with their responsiveness and service. I highly recommend them!

Would definitely recommend. They were able to isolate and replace a part (blower motor) whereas other HVAC companies told me they would have to replace the whole HVAC unit

Same issue as the other one star ratings on here. They will use being busy as an excuse for utter incompetence. I also couldn’t get a straight answer from them on anything.

An addition in reply to the post below - the AC is still not fixed. Apparently you got a new part, hung on to it for a week and then determined it was the wrong one. It's been six weeks now. It was quicker for us to move out and buy a new house.
