I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with Comfort Wizards. They took over my warranty service a few years ago when my previous HVAC provider refused to honor the extended warranty I paid extra for when I had my two new HVAC systems installed.

Since moving to CW their technicians have been great on each service call and the office personnel are always very helpful and accommodating.

And on top of this their pricing is better 😊!

Harley has fixed both my furnace and my air conditioner. Very reliable and will charge you a fair price. When he fixed my furnace he charged me 1/3 of the price I was quoted by a larger company for the same job. I would highly recommend using Comfort Wizards for all your heating and air needs.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service I have gotten by the team at Comfort Wizards. My old Carrier unit (20 years old) had gone out and the home warranty company made the decision to go ahead and replace it. Not only was the team very helpful and professional, the owner of the company came out and installed 3 window units in my house to help my family of 5 cool off until all the Home Warranty paperwork and procedures had been complied with. I must have asked Mr. Harlie and his team a thousand questions and he patiently and kindly answered them all. I would not hesitate to use them for any HVAC needs. I did end up getting a unit with humidity controls and ended up being shocked at the difference it makes when you combine temp and humidity controls, the level of comfort is astounding. If you get an opportunity, let Mr Harlie explain all the bells and whistles and make the same choice I did, I do not regret it.

This was a great service call. Raymond came out, did a quick diagnostic and had the whole house running cool again. Also had some good tips for making my AC work better, and got all the specs from my system so that if it completely tanks they can do a quick replacement (my system is vintage 90's. ...the odds are not in its favor.). I had to get my system restored a couple of years and this price was less than then.

We are very pleased with our service received by Comfort Wizards Heating & AC. Ray installed our Halo Reme, and I don't know the name of the man who came to check that it was functioning correctly. While he was doing the checking, Ray just dropped by to say hello to us and see how satisfied we were. Both, Ray and the man who came out this week per our service contract, were great. I love how they call and explain, if weather might interfere and to make sure the date is good for us. Everyone is very warm and friendly.

We were Comfort Wizards first customer back in 2005 when they replaced our entire system (including duct work) and have been with them ever since. Their technicians are both knowledgeable and personable and Harley (owner) has always put customer service and satisfaction ahead of the company's bottom line.

When my husband and I were spending about $500 on our utility bill each month, we decided to get a quote for a new a/c unit (the one we had was about twenty years old). We called two companies, and one of them was Comfort Wizards. Harlie, the owner, came to our house and did a very thorough inspection. He gave us a quote for a new unit and duct work, which was about the same price that the other company had quoted us at. We decided to go through with the installation.

During the installation Harlie answered the phone every time I called. He went above and beyond to make sure that my family didn't go without air conditioning in the summer heat by bringing two window units to my house for us to use temporarily. The workers that he sent to complete the installation were extremely professional and arrived on time every day that week.

I've been working with Harlie for the last year or so, at the recommendation of a realtor friend. Harlie is great at his job, and very reliable. He told me exactly what was wrong with my unit and explained all of the pricing well enough that it actually made sense (unlike the previous company I used, whose technicians always recommended expensive parts but couldn't explain exactly why I needed them). Better than that, he fixed the problem the first time. I refer all of my friends to Harlie and will continue to use him/the company for future service and maintenance.
