6 & Fix HVAC & Refrigeration - Garner

Great experience! Was recommended to them by a friend who does commercial HVAC work. I called and scheduled an appointment within a few days (mine wasn't a critical need). They came exactly when they said they would. Super professional. Did NOT try to tell me I needed to replace my whole unit. Instead, they checked on my warranty and found that I was still covered for parts. So the part was free and I just paid for the labor. Would definitely use them again!

I was elated to return home and find my air conditioning system installed and running efficiently! Cody and his partner did a tremendous job! They answered all my questions to make sure I understood my new system. They were very professional and courteous from start to finish. This is our second time using R&S Mechanical for our heating and cooling issues. Both experiences have been fantastic. John, was a pleasure to speak to and very helpful in his explanation of our issue with the downstairs heat. While he was there he was able to take care of our Fall Service for our new HVAC system recently installed by them. We can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. I have been a regular maintenance customer of RS Mechanical for 14 years. My first service was July 2007. They have always provided excellent service from phone interactions to maintenence and repair. Since that initial repair my AC and heating has never failed.. They will perform my AC and Zone system replacement (aged system) too.

Because I was selling a property and was trying to meet a deadline, R & S was able to squeeze me in for the servicing of two units. Even though it was the last call of the day in very hot and humid conditions, technician Matt was very diligent and methodical in order to ensure I received excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

I just had work done at my restaurant slices and ices. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the guys name that did it, but he was very helpful. He explained to me everything he was doing as I wanted to learn a little, and he diagnosed the problems with my freezer quickly and also fixed them in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have been using R&S Mechanical since we moved to NC. They have been with us through 3 moves to 3 different towns. They are always quick to come to the rescue when we have had an issue and prompt with maintenance appointments. Everyone I have spoken to has always been very friendly. We have never felt pressure to fix issues. They always give us our options and their recommendations. We will continue to use them as long as we live in N.C.

The folks at R & S have been great to work with from providing repair to replacement options. We ended up going for a replacement system and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. Julio and Marlon were great installers, very professional and cleaned up the work space after everything was completed and reviewed the system once it was installed for any questions or concerns.
