Our service tech, Paul H., was great! Very organized with how he went about diagnosing the problem, very methodical. He was very pleasant to talk with and was more than willing to answer my questions. He double checked all his work as he went along and made sure all was good before leaving. We'll be asking for him to do our regular service.

I have been doing business with this company for several years with absolutely no issues! I have always purchased the annual maintenance until this year. This time I said no. After the 3rd time I was asked - I felt compelled to give the reason- which I have never felt I had to do with any company! Then I received an invoice for $190. I thought I already paid for the service just received! I called and spoke with a gentleman (service manager?) who explained and corrected the issue and was apologetic. Then I received an email response from Sandy. In my email I stated that I know that times are tough... and felt this invoice was very shady- I said no 3 times! She responded that she did not know what I meant by "tough times" but we should all stick together and be positive. Very passive aggressive. Then she continued by saying she did not like my comment about being shady. Uncomfortable doing business with them going forward... back pocket info for the rest of you

He keeps everything running smoothly, is always timely and polite and I appreciate his input and advice. When we’ve had issues with our system, we’ve been able to get them fixed quickly and correctly. Highly recommend them!

Great company delivering exceptional service. I came home to find my AC had gone out late into the evening and quickly did some online research on who to call, R &S had great reviews and offered 24/7 services. Within an hour of reaching out to them I had their tech Hurley working on my unit, he stayed till 9PM and worked in the rain without complaining. He was unable to get the unit working right away due to having to order a part, although he did return and had my unit up and running before lunch time the next afternoon. Very satisfied customer, good work at a good price with great customer service.

The entire team at R&S, from scheduling to onsite repair, was a dream to work with. I needed a fast repair after AT&T tried to place a line and hit my coolant cable leaving me AC-less. I was scheduled for the first a.m. Monday appointment and Tracey was prompt and personable, explaining the entire process of the repair to me and giving me a quote to take back to AT&T claims. As a new homeowner I appreciated his patience in answering my questions and documenting the entire process to make sure that I wasn't left footing the bill. I can 100% recommend this company and plan to use them in the future given the need.

I've left a review before for R&S, but I wanted to leave some additional comments. I had Andrew Cody Warner come out for annual maintenance today, 12/21/2020 & I couldn't be more impressed with the visit. I'm a highly inquisitive customer... and luckily for me, Andrew is extremely knowledgeable & helped answer all of my questions. He even took the time to crawl under the house to help inspect my duct work & point out a few areas that could use some efficiency improvement. All in all, I am highly impressed with Andrew and R&S Mechanical & will continue to call them for all of my HVAC needs.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable technicians. I recommend R&S Mechanical to anyone who needs HVAC service, repair, or install.
