This company was recommended to me by my previous HVAC person, a family member who is now retired. I've used Carroll Service Company for a couple of repairs to my now 20 year old heat pump and they've been able to come out quickly. I've found them to be honest and fair and Rodney, who completed both of the repairs, was very helpful and professional.

Carroll Co replaced my entire A/C system, ventilation and gas heater. Best prices, did amazing work, added ducts to improve airflow, Trane, best new system. Also, I had AC during most of it, they barely had it off. My crawlspace looks amazing, no more moisture, they upgraded gas pipes, and Dennis at their office is a great guy as are all the folks who installed. No debris left, not even a screw or any metal. Thank you! Now 70 degrees is actually 70 degrees in my home.

Rodney did a stellar job. Made good cost effective recommendations. was great on problem diagnostics in getting to the root of the problem. He did maintenance on 1 gas pack and 2 heat pump units. I would definitely use him again in the future and recommend Carrol Service company.

Company is terrible , they installed Hvac for our community and everybody is changing them or getting them fix in the first 2 years !!! Don’t use them company !!! When you ask for them to come out they lie and say they fix the problem!!! My hvac unit was adding a additional 500 to my bill, them system wasn’t even cooling my house

Carroll replaced my 20+ year old systems they originally installed when the house was built. Could not be happier with my new Trane systems. Adding a 2nd thermostat and diverter for the master bedroom as part of the downstairs unit was a great addition.
