I am not sure where to start here... Justin seems like a nice guy, this has nothing to do with his personality at all. This has to do with his knowledge, ability, skill, responsiveness, quality, and cost. I was looking for someone to braze 4 connections, and charge 2 systems. I also had him connectsome pvc and electrical lines to an alreasy installed unit, basically 10% of an install. He charged me more than I have ever paid for an entire system replacement. I didn't have him do any duct work, running lines, running wires, installing units, or anything of the sort. He basically charged me $1000/hr. His install was the worst install I have ever seen. I also own a remodeling company so I have seen hundreds of installs. He made mistakes that an HVAC helper wouldn't make. It was embarrassing(list is too long). I fixed most of the issues myself because I thought he was giving me a good deal, then after I got the bill I couldn't believe it. I then brought up to him how expensive it was and if I could get an itemized bill to make sense of it since there were so many issues. He then says that there were no issues and that if I don't pay in 2 days he will put a lein on my house. Justin needs to be a Helper for someone for several more years before he owns his own company. I wouldn't trust him to install a thermostat(as he also messed that up). As I said, he seems nice, but he is unskilled, works too quickly, does poor quality, and overcharges. Do yourself a favor and contact him in 8 years when he has practiced enough on other people's homes. Don't let Jim take advantage of you too.

Justin called before arrival. Arrived on time. Was willing to work with my home warranty company to save me a lot of the hassle. Prices were fair. Kept me informed and was professional throughout.
Justin seemed to have a passion for what he was doing and seemed happy to be doing it. I would highly recommend and use again.

This is a great up-and-coming business, and with good reason. Justin is polite, competent and professional. I’m glad that I’m now a “client of record”, in on the ground floor. He fixed my problem, checked out the system and charged me less than he estimated. Yay!

During one of the coldest nights, my heat decided to stop working. Justin was wonderful, on time and fixed the problem so at least I’d have heat until he had the right part! He was efficient, professional, very reasonably priced and extremely pleasant and friendly!
