I’ve had several staff come for maintenance and repairs (current returning maintenance customer). All have taken great care to thoroughly explain what they’re checking for, repairs needed, all options for repair, and ensures that MY want as a customer is heard. I’ve never felt rushed through a service and responsiveness is superb. All in all a class act in professionalism. Jeff C was the most recent service staff member and took great care in assisting all concerns we had. Above and beyond and I’d highly recommend.

The company was very professional, and my technician Dean was great. Scheduling the appointment with the office was easy, and Dean called when he was on his way so I could expect his arrival. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was very thorough going through my whole system, and in helping me to diagnosis the issue I had been having with my AC unit. I had my AC unit replaced by R & S, and I continue to be impressed with how professional everyone is, and how easily my questions are being answered. They're really helping me to understand more about HVAC systems. I will continue to recommend this company to friends and family.

I Continue to be happy about the work R & S does. They recently came out for a routine check up for the plan we signed up for. The tech. was just as friendLy, polite and gave good explanations. He explained that he was new to our account, because the previous person changed jobs.
I will continue to use R&S and I will continue to recommend them to everyone.
Update: 7/2/20, last of my routine check ups on the plan I purchased. Great service continues, even during a pandemic. I appreciate the companies level of communication and honesty. Tech that came out was polite and respectful. He knocked, then stepped down off the porch to maintain distance.

AC wasn’t pumping cool air into the house, call Randy at 8PM and he was able to get the technician over by 11PM and fixed the issue. Both were very responsive and professional. Glad to have found a good business to take care all HVAC problems from now on.
Update: almost the same issue happened again few weeks ago around 8 pm at night, called them and again they came out and took care of the AC issue, by 9pm my house is cooled again. Seriously, these guys are top notch and will always take care of you no matter the day/time.

When our heat went out in the middle of winter we called R&S mechanical because of the word of mouth recommendations we were getting from our local business owner friends. We could not have had a better experience. It was honestly even better than what we hoped for. We were able to fix the issue on our 10 year old system in no time and very inexpensively, and all our questions were answered so well! We were lucky to have Hurley come over, he absolutely perfect for us, naturally personable and easy going. I had never so wholeheartedly been willing to pay a service call. It was worth every penny. I can't say thank you enough.

Curtis was quick, efficient, and professional. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC unit within a minute of being on site, and he quickly fixed it—and believe me, every second you don’t have AC in this weather matters.
Unlike other HVAC companies I’ve run into, R&S Mechanical was upfront with me and didn’t try to work me over when I had an issue. They also pointed out some things that will be helpful down the road while they were here (and there is no sale in those changes they pointed out—just a more enjoyable HVAC experience for me).
They came recommended from a family member who had his house saved by them after a different company incorrectly “fixed” his unit and messed things up, and R&S fixed the other company’s “fix” and the original issue.

Technician, Hurley, was a super nice guy. Very knowledgeable in his trade. No high pressure sales of their other services, but I did schedule a service that desperately needed doing. Air duct cleaning. He even scheduled that for me and I didn’t have to do anything. The service was excellent but it always is from this company. Been with them a good many years now and plan on remaining a customer. Good job!

Michael and Jeff came by for their fall check of my systems and took their time and did a thorough job. I am impressed by their knowledge and customer service. Jeff has been very customer oriented and did an excellent job with the replacement of our upstairs unit last year. We would wholeheartedly recommend R&S.
