Mitch and the team at R&S were friendly, professional, on time and very informative. They gave me all the needed information and didn’t pressure me into a decision. Installation went very smoothly. The crew cleaned up everything and you could hardly tell anyone was here other than by the beautiful new ac unit! I highly recommend this company!

Matt was awesome, everybody I have dealt with their has been great. Very accommodating to our current situation at home. They installed our new units a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Even the county inspector commented on the quality of the work. Pricing is comparable to other vendors and have always showed up exactly when they said they were going to. I highly recommend.

They came out same day. Curtis painstakingly traced wires to find the issue which led to expensive repairs. Curtis immediately researched to find the parts were still under warranty to help save us as much money as possible. He answered all questions in detail and was professional. I will not use anyone else except comfort guys to work on HVAC.

Tracy came out this afternoon and completed a thorough system check on both of my systems. He was polite and down to earth. He answered my questions and walked me through what he was doing to improve the systems' performance. Maintenance plan pricing was totally reasonable and written in plain language. I'm totally satisfied with R&S, and happy to be their customer.

RS Mechanical does a thorough job checking our HVAC which gives us wonderful peace of mind.
