Sheer Comfort has provided excellent service. HVAC system needed to be disconnected due to some landscaping work being done and then reconnected. It was a pleasure working with Carl and Tonya as well. Will definitely be using them in the future!

The on-site team of David, Noah, and Tim were outstanding. We did two heat pump installs on back to back days. They were on time, answered all my questions, and everything works as advertised. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

On May 23, 2023, Kenneth of Sheer Comfort performed annual maintenance on the two Rheem heat pumps that the company had installed over the last 3 years. His service was efficient and professional, and he communicated with us before and afterwards to be sure that he had addressed any specific concerns we might have. The Rheem heat pumps have performed flawlessly even during this winter’s repeating 3-day cold spells below 10 degrees with winds up to 40 mph.

Tim was a great techician. Very thorough, informative and definitely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the cool air, and answering all my questions.

Same day excellent service. Travis Cogdill was very professional and repaired our unit in no time at all. I was expecting a service call the following day but he made time in his day to do the repair the same day I called with a problem. Much appreciated 👍

Tim was on time, wore shoe covers inside the house, made sure the new thermostat operated the system properly and got it on the app so I can control and monitor remotely

Fabulous experience with this HVAC company and their technician, Carl. The office scheduled our appointment quickly, especially considering the after effects of the "bomb cyclone" weather event that plunged temps to single digits and teens for a few days.

Carl (called me when enroute) and arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our auxiliary heat (gas furnace), which backs up our heat pump in sub-freezing temps. As a result of Carl's knowledge and troubleshooting skills, the fix was done for the cost of a reasonable service fee, which I think included the first hour*@ of labor and the visit.

Since we were first-time customers, he did make us aware of the service plan available, without feeling pressured to sign up (although we will!).

Anyway, this first experience was a pleasure in a world where many tradesman/trades companies charge more than some attorneys and have ridiculous, flat rate pricing (i.e. price gouging).

p.s. You know, "supreme water heater replacement for $2495, with our 1 year workmanship guarantee!" (for a $400 electric water heater that takes an hour and fifteen to install, including the pitch!)

*My recollection isn't 100% on the included labor, but it was at least 30 minutes, but pretty sure about the 1 hr.

TL/DR: Sheer Comfort was a sheer pleasure to do business with!

Upstairs AC was not working. Travis did a very professional job. Kept me informed of the progress and explained the technical aspects in easy to understand English.
