George and Eric installed a new heatpump, and parts in my furnace. They did an excellent job. They communicate well, show up on time, and are very professional. I've been a plumbing contractor for over two decades, trust me when I say they are highly skilled tradesmen.

George and Eric did terrific work for me today, and I so appreciate their expertise, thoughtfulness, and care for the job. They're both truly invested in their customers and are quick to respond to questions, explain the process, etc. PS - My cat, an excellent judge of character, even hung around with them while they did their work. Tech showed up well after the allotted time and then charged my wife $275 just to install a thermostat which took less than an hour. I feel like the tech took advantage of my wife and vastly overcharged us. Three stars is generous but at least the thermostat is working now. Don’t call these guys unless you have deep pockets.

These guys are totally at the top of their game. My A/C was not working on a day set to reach 90 degrees. George answered my first phone contact and set up my appointment for the same day. Eric came when promised and took the time to not only check all relevant systems but actually enjoyed explaining it all to me while I hung around, and found the problem promptly. It was a genuine joy to work with this business. I will call them again without hesitation. I'm also going to set up a service schedule to limit any future loss of A/C or heat. It's refreshing to get a good company for such an important service that I can count on.

George and Eric have done a great job on the installation of our mini split system and repair of the zone board, condensation pump and thermostat installation for our main house unit. Not only are they knowledge but also very patient and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Eric arrived on schedule today, listened to my concerns and reviewed his plan . Then checked in with me twice during the 1 hour plus visit.
He was very patient and thorough with explanation of his findings and
recommendations. Which were detailed and legible in his report !

The little things such as kindness and putting on shoe covers just to walk inside my house speaks volumes too.

These guys are absolutely awesome. I had two other companies come take a look at my mini split and neither of them were willing to fix it. They told me there was nothing they can do for me. I believe these are tactics of large Heating and Air companies so that they can sell you their units and then maintain them for you. Buckingham heating and air came out and figured out the problem in a few minutes. If you are in need of a great company to help with Heating and Air, these guys are the best. Most of all, they treated us with respect and was very kind. We were not customers to them, we were an opportunity to serve. I will be using them as long as I can from now on.

These guys are flat out terrific! I had another local company come out to my house to diagnose a issue with my HVAC. They told me that I had a leak but to do a test it would take seven hours and $800. They also told me that it would cost $2000 to repair the leak but they would highly encourage me to go ahead and put in a new unit at a cost of $7000. I had heard about Buckingham heating in there from a friend across the street and decided to give them a call because they have received a bunch really good reviews. They were very knowledgeable extremely polite and very thorough. They agreed to come out immediately and look at the problem. They only charge me $100 to do the lead test which took only an hour and a half. I’ll remind you that the other place was going to charge me $800 to do the same work. These guys were able to find the leak fixed the problem and told me that my system would be just fine with the repair and they guarantee their work. As far as I go I will definitely use Buckingham heating and air and recommend them to family and friends!!!

Buckingham Heating & air is the best HVAC maintenance company I've ever had.
I always have an annual contract to do standard maintenance twice a year. They do the best job I've ever had done.
Very professional, courteous and competitive pricing.
I would highly recommend them. Especially for those with older units. They will save you a lot of money.
