Sheer Comfort Office staff worked with our schedule due to house closing & AC needing repair. TC was professional, answered all my questions in a way I could understand, and recommended next steps. Sheer Comfort is very reasonably priced and offers great service.

Sheer Comfort is our go to from now on. We have 5 rentals and 2 residences that we have service contracts on. We just had a 10yo heat pump, and a gas furnace/AC system replaced, also added a/c to a third existing gas furnace. All went without a hitch, and will save our renters money, and us headaches in the future. With the new refrigerant now required they explained repairing an older system would not be cost effective. Frank offered fair pricing options, and Lisa kept track of install dates and permitting. Ray and Tim did all installs, were neat and professional and prompt. They recommended an electrician also which saved us another hassle too. Have them give you a quote, you will be glad you did.

We had a complex ductwork issue to install an oven hood in a condo we are buying. Travis of Sheer Comfort came out and did an extremely thorough inspection of the property, worked with the roofer for the condominium association, consulted with representatives of the hood manufacturer about the venting requirements, and submitted a proposal all within a matter of days! We will definitely use Sheer Comfort for all our HVAC needs now and in the future.

Recently had the Sheer team install a mini-split HVAC system. Goodbye baseboard heaters and window air conditioners!
Install went great from start to finish. Four installers finished the job in one day putting in three inverters plus the outside unit. You could tell they were knowledgeable and experienced.
A friend who has known Frank for many years had recommended them and I can now recommend them too. Also great communication for scheduling and set up with the office staff. And mini-split fit our budget to accomplish what we needed to heat/cool our upstairs and our large finished basement room.

Travis of Sheer Comfort replaced our heat pump. We considered two other vendors but Travis' price, professionalism and turn around time couldn't be beat! They showed up on scheduled day and even finished early. We couldn't be happier!

After receiving outrageous quotes from 2 other local HVAC companies which seemed totally out of range for what we needed we called sheer comfort for another opinion. Carl came out, diagnosed the problem correctly and was honest with us. He wasn't there to upsell us what we didn't need and fatten his pockets like those other companies were as they make commission. I will return to sheer comfort for future HVAC needs.
