On time and Josh is a good responsible worker, answers my questions and I feel is very thorough in his looking over my heating/cooling system. He treats me with respect and knows his business and communicates well. His helper today seemed very attentive and worked well with Josh.

Central air went out around 6:00 pm Saturday night. It's hot. I put in a couple of calls to our normal air guys. No call backs. Called Mountains Air Mechanical got a call back in 10mins. Said he could be out mid day Sunday. He actually came in around 11 am. Had it fixed in no time. Josh was super nice and took the time to explain the issue we had to us and answered all our questions. The calls to the other businesses that say they are 24/7 and we have used....still haven't called us back. We will be switching our home and rentals to Mountain Air and Mechanical. Thank you Josh. It was over 90 today and you kept the family cool. We appreciate you.

Josh and his partner arrived to work on my A.C. unit. After examination they discovered That it had a leak. Josh went to his truck and found the part he needed to fix the unit. He fixed it and replaced the coolant. Just minutes l a ter the house was once again a cool place to be. Mountain Air has always hired professionals.

We have been working with this company for the past two years and their work and responsiveness has been outstanding! Their office personnel are friendly, courteous, and always on call. We called this morning at 8:15 for a replacement of our condensation pump on the gas furnace. They were here in about 30 minutes, cheerfully and professionally handling the problem. I can absolutely highly recommend this business.

They sized and installed a mini-split system for me. It's been just a day since the installation was completed, but I'm quite happy with the result. I'm impressed at how uniform the temperature is throughout the large, open area being conditioned. Sales rep was well-informed but absolutely not "pushy". Installers were on time, professional and respectful of my home.

First time we used Mountain Air Mechanical Contractor's for our annual maintenance of our AC systems. I was extremely pleased with the thoroughness our technician James performed on our two systems. James was very professional explaining in detail the condition of our systems and what was needed to maximize their efficiency.

I have been very pleased, up to this point, with the service we have received, and for the most part with the performance of our Trane mini-split ductless system. Today, however, i was less than pleased with the result of the service call I requested. The 12,000 BTU heat pump in our living area is set for 74 degrees, but the room stays between 63 and 66 degrees. Your technician, Chris, was available today, soon after I requested service, and he was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. My only complaint is not toward him but toward your company and the employee who determined the capacity of our system. What Chris determined was that the units are all functioning well. What is obvious is that the living area unit is not adequate to heat that space. So, in essence, I paid $135 to learn that you have sold me an inadequately sized system. What can you offer to remedy this problem?
