Tim did a great job getting our AC installed downstairs for us. They were quick and efficient, and he was very sweet to our dog Baxter who loves visitors.

Excellent customer service. He did a great job with informing me of the process. Would highly recommend to my friends and coworkers.

Receieved call this morning from company that crew would arrive between 11 and 1pm. Kenneth & Jared arrived just after 11 went right to work and were done by12:30. Kenneth was very professional and explained everything they were doing. We really appreciate the service that Sheer Comfort provided and it's well worth the contract to have that peace of mind.

From initial contact, appointment scheduling, and through installation of a brand new heating and cooling system, Sheer Comfort has been nothing but professional and trustworthy. The installation crew (shout out to Bobby and David!!) were phenomenal. Friendly and professional. They cleaned up their work area every afternoon and took care to protect floors, walls and ceiling. Alyssa was incredibly friendly on the phone. She got me scheduled for heat pump maintenance with no issues! Very helpful and polite. The tech that came out to do the maintenance was very helpful and informative. I forgot his name but he was professional, on time, clear and focused. He made sure to check my system over and let me know exactly what we need to know. So happy with this company will definitely stick with them. After using another service in town that was horrible this was a refreshing experience. The system seems to be working even better since the visit! Glad to know we are okay with the system we have for now.

Our entire experience with Sheer Comfort was a pleasure from start to finish. The schedulers were very pleasant and always called when they said they would. They were very understanding when we had to reschedule our initial appointment and fit us in at a later date with no issues.

Tyler arrived right on time to talk us through things and examine our issues with our A/C unit. He was pleasant, professional, straightforward and very knowledgeable. He seems to genuinely enjoy what he does and interacting with people. He offered us cost effective solutions and answered all our questions completely.

We will absolutely be using Sheer Comfort in the future and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone in need of the HVAC services they provide.

I needed a new HVAC system and Travis Shearer (owner) gave me an excellent price on a high efficiency Rheem split system. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the boys who did the install. Hopefully I get all these names right. Travis (not the owner), Carl, and Ryan. They did an excellent job all while putting up with my 4 year old giving them lectures about dinosaurs and making them remember the "secret password" whenever they needed to pass through his play area. They got it right every time. I will definitely use Sheer Comfort again!
