They refuse to even consider a small job finishing the install on a minisplit. She chuckled in condescension when I said I did the main install myself (this is the 3rd one I have installed). These mini splits are pretty much plug and play nowadays. They just need a vacuum pulled on the lines before they are run. This company refuses to do so. I guess the job is not worth enough to them...

They did a great job replacing my existing furnace and installing a new one in my new addition. Their service is very good and have were lower in price than the others who bid the job.
