Our technician, Mark, was very professional. He explained all of the options I had for service on my bathtub faucet. He did the repair and explained everything too! A+
I initially called JD Service due to an issue with my furnace. I set up a day for them to come out a full week in advance. I took off work to be sure I could be home. They don’t call to confirm the day before, I call them day of and they tell me they will get to me today and give me 30 minutes to 1 hour notice. Fine. At 2:10pm, they call to tell me they won’t be able to come because they’re just too busy. I am just appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and frankly disregard and disrespect of my time. And I have now wasted more than a week not booking someone else and getting this issue resolved. They actually expected me to take off MORE work to sit around for them to maybe get to me another day? Absolutely not.
Edit: I do not have the type of job where I can simply leave because that’s when another business has decided they are now available. Next time I’ll be sure to tell the patient in crisis to keep it together, JD Service has deigned to take my business. I have to take time off.
Lewis Compton was very friendly and a joy to talk with to! He was thorough and made sure he identified all aspects of the problem. He was also very patient and he made sure to explain what he was doing. My dryer outlet was fixed in no time at all.
They had to repair our sewer line I called Monday morning and a technician arrived in less than two hours Theron was very professional and assessed the situation quickly and gave me a cost estimate and began to work As he worked he ran into several unexpected problems which he explained to me giving me cost options for solving these problems. He had a couple of colleagues come to help with the digging. All three of the guys were hard working and friendly. The finished the job in less time than estimated We will definitely be using their services in the future.
Previously, a refrigerant leak was discovered and sealed off. This was about 4-6 weeks ago. Today they returned and determined that it was likely not leaking, based on levels, but that there was still evidence of refrigerant on the coils. They suggested and cleaned off the coils to determine if the refrigerant is leaking, but also said it’s kind of a ‘watch and wait’ scenario, and will recheck in the fall for the next scheduled service, unless something sounds off. The did all that they thought was possible during today’s visit, and provided me options in moving forward.
They were willing to work with me until we got it right. Great customer service. They listened and communicated until we reached a great agreement. Customer comes first for them! Highly recommend!

They were very responsive and communication was excellent from start to finish. John my technician and his helper showed up on time and were very both professional and explained everything throughout the entire process.
