I recently contacted JD Service Now to repair my kitchen sinks. Business responded promptly and stayed in touch, focusing on my satisfaction. Technician was knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job installing two new drains and replacing some pipes below the sinks. Matt the technician had technical knowledge of plumbing practices and was ready with all tools and materials needed to get the job done right. Matt had great communication and customer service skills. He was professional, on time, and kept my cabinet and floors clean. Thanks for a great job.

Matt replaced a leaking pipe/fitting at my hot water heater and replaced the expansion tank. Same day service - came within a couple hours of my call & stayed late to finish. Quality was good. Professional and friendly.
