Will and now Lewis and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Just so sweet honestly. He explained and patiently made sure we knew what we were getting and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable! Great work JD Team!

Dante and Roberto arrived within 10 minutes of dispatch telling me they were on the way. They went straight to work, checked out the equipment, and gave me a quote that they could fulfill on the spot. I agreed and they went to work, and now my house is not sweltering hot anymore! Another amazing job performed by JD. This time I had an HVAC issue with my A/C needing a check-up to ensure it was ready for the summer. JD does EVERYTHING! I absolutely love having a “one-stop shop.” We call and since we became members from our last experience during a water leak situation, they made us priority. This time Josh showed up. Very outgoing, and immediately began his assessment of our A/C condenser and unit in the attic. He had excellent communication skills and kept me informed as he completed each step of the assessment and condition, what he found and what he recommended as he worked. He was very thorough. Was he was completely he explained everything clearing and comprehensible. Our unit ended up being very old and outdated. (Over 20 years), and so the assessment was too detailed and in depth to address it all here. But by the time Josh left, I knew exactly where we stood with our unit and Josh even documented it in detail, took photos and I had it all via email by the end of the day. JD is my immediate “go-to” for EVERYTHING, I need done in the future. I wish when I went to the doctor for a physical, it would be as in depth, timely, and as easy as JD does their “check-ups”
and assessments of everything home related. Thanks fellas! Look forward to next time. I am enjoying meeting everyone on your staff. Out of 5 stars, Josh gets 6! Thank you buddy.

Shane was outstanding in his overall analysis of the problem explaining in layman’s terms and presented options for resolving the problem. I was impressed with how he kept me informed throughout the repair.

We had Matt come out to diagnose and repair a strange whistling noise coming from our water pipe. Matt went above and beyond and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on time, has a great attitude, and explained everything in detail. He replaced a water valve and cleaned up after himself and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repair. I hope everyone at JD Service Now is as awesome as Matt. I should also mention that the dispatcher, Greg I think, was extremely professional and kept me informed.

I had to get a new hot water heater and since it was old they had to bring everything up to code.

Technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions that I had before, during, and after the repair/replacement. He was very neat and tidy while doing the entire job.

What impressed me the most of all was that even though it was quite late on a Friday evening he did not rush out and took the necessary time to ensure that there were no leaks and that there was hot water. I am sure that is part of the job but he didn’t rush through knowing that it was almost 8pm on a Friday just so he could get on with his weekend.

Christopher was AMAZING! He was so kind and patient and took the time to explain everything. He completely replaced our water heater with a new one.
We called at 8am and he came over just 2 hours later and spent all day on it making sure it was working properly. 10/10

Mike Blazek made excellent recommendations of items that required immediate repairs. He also made recommendations for items that could wait until our next 6-month services. My husband was very impressed and decided to get all the recommendations suggested fixed now. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. We had some leaky valves and were able to get same day service on a weekend. Will Shoe and he did a wonderful job walking us through his process start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done right in a reasonable amount of time.
