Extremely impressed with JD Service Now and Christoper in particular. Fast and accurate plumbing fix. Christopher was professional, polite, efficient, trustworthy and great to work with. Instills alot of confidence. I just give Christopher the run of the house and when he's done everything everything is clean and professionally finished.

Excellent service! Casey explained everything in detail before, during, and after completion of work. He also gave helpful hints on HVAC maintenance going forward.

Josh Deal was very professional when diagnosing my water heater leak. I will definitely use this company again.

Christopher did a fantastic job. He was scheduled to put in new ice maker lines for a fridge and was punctual, courteous and extremely professional. He also identified a water pressure issue (verified) and offered several solutions and pricing options. He was thorough and efficient, and explained everything clearly. I’m very pleased with this company! Scheduling was also easy and communications were timely and informative.

I had an issue with water leaking from my washer. He followed the trail to my crawlspace. Assured me the subfloor was ok. He asked me about my detergent & how many packs I was using because the leak was blue. I started reading the manual. It said possible causes of water leaking was too much suds. I’m hoping after the clean up, I can put a period behind that problem!

We had well pump failure, no water, William came to fix it, very professional in his approach to person and situation, assessed and gave multiple quotes, honest evaluation, finished the job without any problems and we got water! Could not ask for anything better!

Generally give 4 stars to JD for their visits over the last few years (can't make me like what modern plumbing services cost, sorry!), but the fifth star in this case is for the tech (Dominic S.), who installed a faucet fixture in our kitchen sink today - this was a follow-up to an initial visit about a month prior; answered all our questions, worked unobtrusively, demonstrated the new fixture's features & cleaned up the work area on his way out.

Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful when our water heater failed. He worked to get us a replacement under warranty when the manufacturer initially refused. Very good communication and work!

Technician did good work. Stayed at it till the job was done. Been awhile since hiring a plumber so seemed a little costly but sometimes one has to pay for knowledge and experience.

Joey and Effrain did an amazing job from the very beginning. They let me know what to expect during my visit. We had a great discussion about the very unique breed of dog I own. I have a very old heating system that works but not very optimally. They guys looked over my entire system and gave me some really good options. I didn’t feel pushed to do something at all. They were very informative and took great care of my needs. Awesome job guys
