Lewis Compton, Eric, and the new person were great! Super professional and friendly. Lewis knows some great songs too! They got the job done quickly and fixed the issues we had with past installation. Will definitely be trusting JD Service Now for future electrical needs!

So the job was to hardwire a new Finnish style barrel sauna to the electrical system of a nearly 100 year old house. And it was achieved with great success! There were, of course, a few hiccups but JD Service Now really had the expertise to know how to handle them (and with upfront pricing, these didn't change the quoted total). But what truly sets this company above other electricians is Steve. A genuinely nice and polite guy, he was always on time and made sure we knew what was happening in each step of the process and went above and beyond in the summer heat to make sure the project got done. We liked the overall culture of the company so much we signed up for their home maintenance program (and the 10% saved paid for the membership for the two years.)

My system was shot (I was told that when I purchased the house) and certainly needed replacement but I wasn’t able to replace it immediately. Josh was knowledgeable and empathetic and did the necessary patching of the old system in a manner that made it livable until I could change it out. The company was efficient in handling my request and follow-up. At a time when service appears to be a thing of the past - I found that the service provider Josh and “JD Services Now” was everything their name implies - great SERVICE!
When the service was provided Carlos and Team were thoughtful, efficient and took extra steps to fix minor damages to existing ducts and vacuum the ducts to ensure my comfort. What a wonderful team! It’s a joy to receive great service for a change.

We had our ancient water heater die over the 4th of July weekend. No one else could get anyone out till 7/11 or later. JD Service got us a tech same-day, and even a new install. Theron, our tech, also helped us figure out an unrelated water filter issue. I’m very happy with how responsive they were and I felt the pricing was fair.

I found JD SERVICE NOW very knowledgeable with the problem I was having with my well. William Shoe did an outstanding job with full explanation of service repair options. Will was able to find the issue, talk me through the possible repair options, then complete the task. Will is extremely knowledgeable and explained his repair to me. Just wanted to share a great experience with this plumbing repair company. I called yesterday, scheduled an 8 am appointment for today. The technician, Josh, was here for an hour and resolved all issues. Very informative, professional and reasonably priced. No upcharge for a weekend holiday call.

We had a great experience, with a first visit to check for the cause of a leak the day after we called, and the very next business day our technician was back to do a full day’s work. He did a great job of explaining how things work, what the options for resolving the problem were, and very fair guidance ( not pushing unnecessary services, and also clearly explaining what we could wait to repair safely). We signed up for the subscription service and highly recommend them for plumbing as well as the other services listed above.

The technician (Shane) gave a full report (with pictures and all) on the problem he found with the AC unit. Explain in detail what needed to be done and the costs and time required to solve the issue.
No surprises, no hidden charges.

Casey came out to do an annual check for our HVAC system. He was so personable! Polite, knowledgeable, conversational, thorough—just professional from start to finish! I was impressed with him as well as the service he provided.
