They randomly pull the wrong parts and don't care. Nice guys at the counter but you can tell that it isn't their business.

There is no customer service here the people move like sloths. I called to confirm that they have the part in stock drive 35 mins to get it then the same guy tells me they don't have it. Waste of time!

Very bad customer service I been on hold for 32 minutes and still holding. If I had another option I would not do business with them.

Good , knowledgeable counter staff, helpful and very professional when ordering warranty parts
