Technician was friendly; on time, but did not replace filters. When I told him that we had already paid for filters and that I wanted them to be replaced per our contract, he said he did not have them on his truck and would have to come back soon to do this. I told him to please contact me before coming so I would be sure to be there, but I was disappointed that he did not bring the filters as specified in our contract.

I have CWJ maintain my heating & air at my home as well as a property that I own. They are friendly on the phone, Email you & text you about an upcoming appointment. Finally they text you the name of the repairman in route, and arrive on time.

We have used CWJ for more than 20 years. They are professional and experienced, and we love the option of regular maintenance and filter changes.
