They installed a new breaker box for the house. Ryan was very friendly and professional and explained everything to us even though we are just renting the house. Very impressed.
Ike was our tech for the job and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable of the problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He was friendly and all around a cool guy! I felt comfortable with him being in my home...that has not always been the case with other maintenance workers from other companies. Thanks Ike!
When my air heating and air system went out I called these guys for an estimate. They came when they said they would on one of the hottest days of the year. They gave me the best estimate compared to the competitors. They put me on the schedule to completely replace my system in 4 days. As we were in the hottest days of the year, they brought me portable units to keep my family comfortable until they could perform the work.
On the day of the install the first technician arrived at 8:15 am. Three additional men arrived within the next five minutes and began work. During the work, it was discovered that mold spores were found in the duct work. I gave permission to replace all of the duct work. This issue added much time to the installation but that didn't matter to these guys! They worked all day long in major heat outside and in the attic. One technician never left the attic for nearly 6 hours! They never took a break and only left for an approximate 30 minute lunch. They came back and got back to work. The last of the men left my house at 8:30 pm that night and I had a brand new furnace and air conditioner which I couldn't be happier with!!!
These guys were AWESOME!!! I highly recommend them!!! They were polite, hard working and above all extremely professional in all they did!!!

We came home from work to find out our heat had stopped working. We called several places (after 5 pm) and this was the first place that called us back (about 5 mins later). We told her our issue and she said she would have someone to our house in about an hour. It was only 20-30 minutes later that two super nice guys showed up to help us out. They checked our Nest thermostat we recently installed to see if it was set up properly and found the issue with our air handler. They fixed the problem in no time and even changed our air filters while they were here. They were very affordable and I would highly recommend these guys.
Pleasantly surprised at the great all around service that I received from everyone involved in my process; from Victor who came out initially, to his boss on the phone, to the financing people, and most importantly to the installers. I have already told several of my friends about the fantastic service.
Off recommendations from my community Facebook page I tried using Phillips' Air Care. Called Saturday and was too late get something over the holiday weekend so they told me they would come today between 4-6 pm so I left work two hours early. Called at 5:30 to make sure they were still coming and they said they had it down for between 6-8 pm. Now they just called and said they can’t make it today. So I wouldn’t recommend them if looking for quick service which is what you need when your house is 90 degrees.
In fairness as the manager states below they did try to follow up the next day to offer a free service call but I had already lined up another vendor to come fix the issue.
Josh (the HVAC technician) was thorough in servicing my ancient HVAC system yesterday. Because Josh was given my work number versus my cell number, when he called & kept receiving my voicemail....he assumed I was not home. I called to find out where the technician was since he was scheduled between (8am-10am). I was really grateful that Josh agreed to return later after we figured out the mishap. He was professional, respectable and funny too. He wore appropriate shoe covers (not to track dirt on the carpet) and made sure my AC was pumping before he left! Exceptional customer service is a valued commodity in this new push button 21st century age, where taking to a real person is like being in the stone age! I hope that Phillips Air knows and rewards this kind of exceptionalism. Thanks Josh for your exceptional service!
Prompt, courteous, professional service at a reasonable price. I'm new to town and didn't know who to call. I'm glad I chose Phillips Air Care. From the moment Mike arrived, I could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained the problems he found and the steps he was taking to fix them.
Great company. Carl was very informative and helpful. His team came out and did a great job installing my new AC unit. Very nice install and cleaned up well after themselves.
Technician did a very good job, and was polite and on time. Only problem was the parts were overpriced in my opinion. I do understand they have to make a profit. At least a company representative cared enough to call to see why I gave a bad review, and tried to explain. She also promised a free tune up for my unit this summer.
