We had an appointment with them to come fix our heater and they showed up 2 hours earlier than they were suppose to. Our appointment was at 12pm and they showed up at 10am without permission or authorization. The office manager Jennifer had called us at 9am and we DID NOT answer the call nor gave her the okay to have sent out someone at 10am to come. She had left a voicemail asking us if it was okay to send someone out earlier. We never answered her, so how is she going to just send someone to our house. So when I called to ask her why did they sent someone out without our authorization, since our appointment was for 12pm, she did not even apologize or anything. Instead she argued and just kept saying well we called to let you all know someone was coming out earlier. No she did not call to let us know, she left a voicemail asking us if someone was going to be there so they could come earlier. We never told her it was ok for them to come earlier. She then HUNG UP the phone on us because I had asked her why did they send them earlier. She was very rude and unprofessional! She was very unapologetic and rude! I dont know how as a manager she gets upset when a customer calls to ask a question she argues and then hangs up the phone on them! and she said she was the manager!
They went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you for fitting us in! Quality work and very professional. Our AC went out and they were prompt professional and courteous! After the problem was discovered and repaired, the tech checked out the rest of the equipment to make sure we wouldn't run into any more issues. So far so good. Definitely recommend.
Ac went out and called them.. they couldn't get someone out to my house until the next evening. Gave me a 3 hour window for the tech to arrive and he didnt arrive until 30 mins after the 3 hours... AC went out again 4 days later... Changing this from 3 to 1 star. Tech was running late and was supposed to be at my house by 9. It's now 1030 and i haven't seen anyone and now no one is answering the phones to let me know why...pretty crappy service and must need more techs or better scheduling.
