Ryan did a great job fixing the power to my dryer. I had 2 other electricians came in to look at the power outlet/wiring to the dryer. Both of them couldn't get it fix and keep stating it was the dryer's problem. The dryers were brand new from Bestbuy. Bestbuy helped me switch 3 brand new dryers, but still not working. Ryan figured out the issue and rewire dryer outlet for my rental. He's very professional and knows what he is doing. Totally recommends Phillips Air Care to anyone.

Ryan, an electrician came out to help with an electrical issue we were having with lights not staying on. He arrived on time as he said he would, and did an excellent job, fixing our problem in record time. While here he told me of another service that the company offers which would be beneficial to me concerning HVAC units. Excellent service

Phillips did some electrical work at our condominium complex. I am president of the HOA and dealt directly with the electrician, Chance. He did an awesome job. We had three exterior light poles that were not operating. He had to completely rewire all three, working all day in 90 degree heat. He also had to install a new wire from the fuse box in our garages to one of the lights. Happy to say they are working great, coming on when the're supposed to, staying on all night, and going off when they're supposed to like clockwork. Highly recommend this company and the electrician, Chance.

I have had 2 residential installs through Phillips Air Care. Spoke to Sarah to schedule each one. She is very professional and helpful. Also, Sarah called to schedule 6 month checks after each install. Great company with great employees; office staff and technicians. They all provide excellent customer service and are friendly with customers and pets!

they don’t care about you they just want your money!! my grandma called them up cause she was having issue with electrical work and one of the technician came and he couldn’t figure out the issue and at the end this man said i need $127 for the trip WHAT!? what kind of company is this.

What a throwback experience. Back to the days where customer satisfaction was paramount to a company. Autsin and Paul did my AC and heating install and it couldn't had went any smoother. Polite, professional etc. Great representation of the brand name. I definitely would recommend their service. Keep up the good work Philips

I rent a home through a property management company. I have had multiple electrical issues since moving in. The property managment company I have uses Phillips Air Care. We have had a few friends that do minor electrical repairs look into our issues without the ability to fix the problems at hand. When Phillips Air Care showed up, I had little knowledge how electricity worked. After Ryan showed up and fixed all issues we were having, he then took the time to explain why and how these issues happen. I feel safer after having such an experienced electrician go through my entire panel and not only fix the problem at hand , but prevent future issues happening. I am very satisfied and would use Phillips Air Care again.

I had just bought a house, and on the first day that we moved in- we had a major plumbing failure. Huge leak, somewhere, but no evidence of water. The home warranty company sent Phillips Air Care, and Rich came out. He tried his best to find the leak and in the end, it was decided that it was underground. This was going to be a major expense. Rich was very understanding and helpful in trying to figure out my options, and everyone I spoke with at the office was empathetic and did everything they could to help me. The next day, Anthony and his crew came out. They did an amazing job, and went above and beyond in their knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. It was a rough ride but having them there to do the job made it doable. I’m impressed and relieved to have running water for the first time in my new home! I have more peace of mind now, thanks to Anthony and Rich and the rest of the crew.

Phillips responded to our call immediately. The technician was professional, punctual and walked us through all needed/optional repairs. He Worked diligently to restore our air and comfort. Would definitely recommend for your HVAC needs.
