I can not say enough how great Phillips Air Care was. They were beyond professional and did an amazing job if the installation of my HVAC unit. No mess, no fuss, and I have a great system that actually cools my house. I would recommend this company to anyone. FIVE STARS isn't enough!!!!

In a time when receiving great customer service experiences are few and far in between. We were very impressed and happy with the service we received. The technician went above and beyond to make sure our electrical issue were resolved, fixed and safe for our home. He was a really cool guy! I would definitely recommend this company for any home or business owner. Their work quality and desire to provide customer with superb service is to be commended.

Phillips Air Care was recommended to me by my mother and I have been both extremely pleased and impressed by their service. Setting an appointment was easy. The scheduling was convenient and the office staff was personable over the phone. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They resuscitated my 20 year old gas furnace and she is running as quiet as a whisper. They have one of the most affordable annual service plans out there and it is an absolute bargain for the level of service that you receive! If you are looking for heating & cooling service, then you MUST call these guys. You wont be disappointed.

Phillips air care is a great company to work with! Carl came and quoted what we needed and the price was way better then what we’ve been given from other companies. Carl came Monday and by Thursday it was done! Austin, Andy and Paul were great guys! Super professional and courteous. Walked me through everything and informed me of how everything works! I would totally recommend these guys they are the real deal! Thanks Phillips aircare for getting me cold air again and thanks the guys for working hard to get our hvac working again!

Phillips Air Care is outstanding. Gave us a straight forward analysis of the situation at our office. The service tech Was VERY thorough in evaluating our system. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. While they were here they assessed another issue within the office which was not even HVAC related and had someone out here to repair that for us as well. We did get one new unit installed out of the two we have. It is excellent and we have great peace of mind knowing that we can call Phillips anytime. I highly recommend this local company to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable service!!!

Called and got an appointment right away for an AC service. I opted for the 2 time check up yearly special which you could not beat the price and value. Phillips AC is a great family owned business and the service reflects the same. The tech was on time, polite, knowledgeable, explained what he did, and was happy to answer any questions. I have found my go to HVAC company from now on.

We had Phillips Air Care come to our home on a weekend to repair our upstairs air conditioner. The tech arrived in a decent amount of time and quickly resolved the issue (a failed capacitor.) The tech was friendly and went out of the way to provide good service.

The service didn't stop there. Approximately one-month later, the capacitor blew out on our downstairs air conditioner. Phillips Air Care wasn't available but the people that originally installed our air conditioners were. They fixed the problem and informed us that the capacitor was under warranty and the fix was free.

Armed with this information, I called Phillips Air Care and asked for a refund on the capacitor. After they verified with Trane that the capacitor was, in fact, under warranty called me back telling that they refunded my money.

I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and customer care. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My wife just had Phillips Air Care install a unit at her beauty shop and is very satisfied. I just had Phillips AC to do some work on a unit at my house and was extremely impressed with the service and the price. Also the technician (Victor) was very thorough and professional. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

We are completely satisfied with this company and the work they did! They were the most reasonable price quote we had and did an awesome job! Installed all the ductwork in our attic, a new HVAC unit, installed bathroom fans, did electrical work we requested and also blew insulation into the attic after all inspections were done. Absolutely no problems or regrets here!
