Turner's Heating & Cooling

Installed my unit about a 1 1/2 years ago for a total home remodel. I am having some problems with the unit. I have called the several time and did not returned phone call. I finally got a call back and scheduled a maintenance visit. He was a no show. I asked off work and everything. I again tried to contact them and they never responded to my call. I have a newborn at home and need this company to come out and service my unit. Not a company I would for install or maintenance.

I’m so disappointed in this company. Mr. Turner installed my unit approximately two years ago. It is now having issues and not cooling. I have contacted Mr. Turner several times through phone calls and text messages and he still will not return my call or text. Do not waste your time on this company. I have went with another company instead of Mr. Turner.

No call, no show. Installed a new unit, already having problems. His license should be revoked

Used them for install, annual service and anytime we have an issue. Very honest and reliable.
