All City Heat and Air

Shoutout to Cameron for being patient and explaining everything from air filters to air purifiers during the maintenance visit. I have always found their services to be top notch and have trusted them for HVAC installation and maintenance.

Tim came out to do a diagnosis of my AC for me to submit to my home warranty company.
He was very thorough and courteous and really went above and beyond to contact them and give them the information they needed. I will be purchasing a unit from All City heat and air. My current unit is from them and it lasted 29 years. So I definitely trust their products.

This company is amazing, they not only are responsive but extremely professional in all aspects. They call ahead to not only make sure someone is home but also to let you know the technician is in route. They wear all the covid protective gear and the shoe covers at all times when in the home. They installed a whole new air and heat unit in my home, they were in and done in 1 day. All the technicians that have stopped in for install or check up have been awesome. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Tim was very prompt and through. All City heating and air takes good care of my older unit and keeps it running. Thanks again to everyone there. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say about a 20. I would like to commend Ernie for doing an outstanding job. He heard the diagnosis that I was given by a competitor and did his own investigation. He found the problem to be different and was able to get me up and running the same day. All this for half the cost and several days sooner. He was very polite and professional.

Terrific experience. Technician out within 3 hours of my call with no extra charge for same day service. The technician was polite, friendly, helpful, and offered practical advice for the repair with the goal of saving my money. I'd be happy to use their services again.

Update 2020: Still have a wonderful relationship with this company. The owners, Ernie and Jeff, are both professional, courteous, and thoughtful about our needs. They’re *aways* timely, pricing is fair, and recommendations seem honest. In addition, the precautions they are taking during the coronavirus pandemic make it obvious that customer safety and comfort are their priority.

Tim did an amazing job on replacing the motor and blower wheel on our furnace. He went above and beyond to find the parts that were needed before the holidays to get the heat flowing again. He is always so kind and quickly assesses any issues that we may have. He always searches for the best quote for us and does everything in a timely manner. We truly appreciate you Tim.

We have been using All City for several years now to service our HVAC system. We pay for their recurring maintenance package, so they come twice a year to service the units. Everyone we have dealt with is friendly, professional and punctual. They do good, clean work as well. Thank you for being a solid and honest company to work with!

We’ve been using All City Heat & Air for about 5 years and have been very pleased with their service, professionalism and responsiveness!
This week was an especially positive experience as we were having issues with a very loud unit and our builder told us it wasn’t fixable. During a routine maintenance visit, All City noticed the issue and provided a solution to fix, which they did, and it is now no longer noisy!! Yay! Big shout out to Jeff for quickly identifying the issue and fixing!!
