All City Heat and Air

AC went out over before Memorial Day weekend and my usual repairman told me the unit could not be repaired and I would need to replace the unit at a cost of $4k but would have to wait until after the holiday. I called All City on Sat evening and they came out Sun am and repaired it on the spot for $350. Excellent service!

Jeff and the whole install crew was great. Started out with a free 2nd opinion on needing a whole new heat pump. He stuck around and answered all my questions explaining why it was really the only option. Even though the county was a real PITA, Jeff handled it all and made it as simple as possible. Good folks.

The service technician was very clean cut and well spoken. He was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule my appointment the same day and the work was completed quickly.

Tim was on time and knowledgeable about all of the services he was performing. He completed them quickly and thoroughly and explained all of the costs and maintenance he performed.

Ernie was extremely professional and helpful with fixing our HVAC. He gave us many options on how to fix our unit. I highly recommend Ernie!

Really all of the above. Martin was so kind to come out so soon. My husband is on oxygen and when the AC stopped working it was dangerous. All City also worked with our warranty. Really great people from the kind lady who answers the phone to Martin getting the AC up and running. Thank you.
