Tim arrived on time, masked and ready to go. Very courteous and communicative about what maintenance tasks he was doing and what was involved. He was efficient and professional. He is one of the reasons I have been with All City for years.

Tim and Sean were very thorough. After looking over our system, it was determined that the system (26 years old) needed to be replaced. They stated that our mother board was giving false errors. We could replace this for a temporary fix but because of the age of our furnance it would behoove us to replace it. He called the office to have sales come out to give us a quote. Ernie came out with three different quotes. No pressure. We talked it over and next day called with our choice. No we are waiting on the installation. In the meantime whatever the repair guys did the firnance it working good (knock on wood).

All City Heat and Air is outstanding to deal with. I purchased both my heat and air systems from Jeff 14 years ago. Jeff and his crew has maintained my systems since with exceptional service. I have the annual maintenance plan and they call me the beginning of each winter and spring to set up the annual preventative maintenance checks. I have never had a problem with anything. Tim has been checking our system and is always punctual and professional every time he always put on his booties before coming inside. It is a true pleasure working with Tim and the entire company.
