All City Heat and Air to the rescue. It was an emergency call after another Big HVAC company left me in the heat after an expensive repair that did not solve the problem. Their tech Michael came out and had my system up and running. He walked me through the repair. Very satisfied with the service, and attention to detail.

Great company with even better experience. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. Zero pressure. They even loaned me a portable ac while I waited for installation that was only a couple of days later. Installers were very professional. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and good communication. Their engineer Michael arrived on schedule and installed a replacement evaporator coil. The AC is working better than ever! Highly recommended.

My ac fan motor stopped coming on. I called them and within 3hrs Michael has it up & running due to a faulty capacitor. Michael was very informative & did not pressure me into anything he recommended. He spoke to me as an equal and not as a woman who knew nothing sometimes that's hard to find. They have been faithful in setting up maintenance appointments twice a year even when I ignore them the first time. And very thorough in maintaining my very old heating and ac unit. Suggesting a variety of repair options and not being pushy about it. When we have opted to get repairs they have had fair pricing.

On the record cold morning of 12/24/22 it was apparent my heater was not working properly. I spoke with Jeff in the morning and he said someone would be out that day (they had a lot of calls). Sure enough, Jeff was there that afternoon, quickly found the part that had gone bad, replaced it and advised there was no charge as the system is still under warranty. It was nice to have such quick response on a holiday weekend!

We received outstanding service from Omar at All City Heating when he provided a six-month maintenance check on our system, He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also prompt and very polite with a pleasant personality. We began doing business with All City Heating in March when they installed our new furnace and AC. We highly recommend this company.

We received excellent service from Jeff at All City Heating & Cooling on August 11, 2021. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He installed a new thermostat for us and explained in detail how to manipulate all the functions. He even closed a ceiling vent for us that made one of rooms too cold. We highly recommend this business for their great customer service and high quality products.

We received outstanding customer service from Michael when he performed routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning systems on March 28, 2022. He arrived on time and performed a very thorough examination of our systems. He made us aware of a couple of potential problems, including AC coils that needed cleaning. He also described the maintenance program that All City offers to help customers save money. Michael combined his knowledge with a very professional and personable demeanor. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

All City has been servicing my HVAC units and providing preventative maintenance on them for years. They are professional, honest, and reliable. I called at 4:30pm to report an issue with my A/C upstairs, and the owners came by on his way home from work and worked for almost an hour to get us back up and running until they could make the permanent repair. They take care of their customers!
