I must tell you about my family's experiences with Boone Heating and Air. I first heard about them on Nextdoor after searching for a company when my AC went out couple of summers ago. I was concerned about being hustled, but was pleasantly surprised when they showed up promptly and informed me I only needed more freon.

So, this year, when my elderly parents needed an entirely new system put in their house, I recommended Boone Heating and Air. My dad was so impressed by this company, and let me tell you, it takes a lot to make my dad happy. He said the cost was half what other companies had quoted. They were on time, and the work was impeccable and efficient. He assumed they would take a week, and they were finished in two days. But what was really unbelievable was the kindness that one of the Boone men, specifically, showed my dad. A few days after the work was to start, my dad had to have major surgery after being diagnosed with cancer. Matt Boone, whom he had never met before this project, called to check on my dad while he was in the hospital and has called to check on him since he's been home.

Bottom line...Boone Heating and Air is amazing! They are honest. They do fantastic work! And they care about the people in their community!! I highly recommend this great company!!

Knowledgeable, affordable, reliable and quality work. So many years of experience in this company; my family has trusted them for years. The two technicians were able to come to my house quickly and restored my air conditioner within 20 minutes after they arrived. They were professional and explained what had broken on my unit. Fortunately, they had a replacement part in their work van and got it up and running in no time!

I own a rental cabin in Boone and my current system was not installed by them. Yet when my guests told me the heat was out not only did they answer the phone on a Friday night, but were out to the house within an hour or two to fix the problem. It did take a couple more visits to accurately diagnose the problem, but each time they were responsive and kind, and at the house as quickly as they could. Nathan, especially, was super helpful and even came out early one morning before his first stop to try and figure out the problem. I'm now replacing the whole system (it's quite old) and they're able to order and get it in within the next week. With renters coming every weekend this kind of response is crucial, and I couldn't be more pleased with the interactions I've had with them.

If you want honest and hard workers, then call Boone. No need to look any further. Very responsive and they did great work on both of my HVAC systems.

This business is simply the very best! They know how to actually fix things, just not replace components. You know, like old style engineers and craftsmen. They know how things work, why they fail, and how to efficiently fix them. I Trust and respect their workmanship, skill, and knowledge. They are great problem solvers that exhibit the highest level of character and integrity.

Matt replaced indoor coil pack for us leaving us cool for the summertime and with a few extra bucks for summer fun. Thanks so much for your hard work and reasonable rates!
