I am in a new home and got the name of the prior owner which aqueduct serviced the house. I called the place a total of 4 times, 2 times returned during which time they could not find the details of the service records or give me any details of the equipment on the premises (although they did confirm they serviced the equipment). They blamed it on recordkeeping problems. Finally they agreed to just come out and look at the equipment and they were a no show. I tried to give these guys my money but made it too difficult.

I greatly appreciate having a leak under my kitchen sink fixed. The new washers appear to be holding quite nicely and hopefully I won’t have to worry about the leak again.

Sadly the second repair which was my toilet flapper replacement due to a running toilet did not work out so well. The toilet stopped running for a day but on the second day then I flushed the toilet, it continuously ran - worse than before it was “repaired”. I was super happy to find my old parts in my bathroom garbage because I put the old parts back in my tank and miraculously the tank stopped running. Unfortunately I wasted $150 on a repair that should never have been made….my mistake.

Mike was very thorough and explained all my options to me so that was a plus. I understood the work was not guaranteed to fix the issue with the running tank but after putting the old parts back in toilet tank, I realize I should’ve left my toilet alone. I find it super funny that the toilet flapper parts are like $20 and the overall service was $150. Again I’m super glad I was able to fix the problem, with the old parts left on my garbage.

Follow up: After speaking to both Debbie and Christina, I received a full refund - which was extremely generous.

Aqueduct had the best price out of numerous estimates that I received, and their installation was professional. They made sure that I had the right heating/hot water system for my house, worked tirelessly to install it, and made sure that I understood how it worked before they left on their last day. They’re a great company to work with and I’d recommend them without missing a beat.

Manny had done our heating maintenance and I requested him back. He is extremely professional and appears to take great pride in his work. He communicated with me throughout the process and is very honest. I will absolutely request him again. He had Mike with him and he was great as well.
