Bruni & Campisi sent someone to my home the same day for an AC unit that was not working on one of the hottest days of July. Malik showed up within the estimated time frame and saved the day. Not only was he extremely professional but he took the time to explain what may have went wrong with my unit and what can be done to fix it. He had patience when answering my 100 questions and showed me how to maintain my unit. He was truly amazing and knowledgeable in his field. He worked some magic and got my unit working. Great service!

Very happy. They did HVAC (two air handles, two compressors) and water heater replacement. Courteous, professional, on time. Took five days for the job as described. Can recommend.

Overall a tremendous experience

My experience with Bruni& Campisi team for replacing my HVAC is great. Dana from the sales team came and gave me an estimate one day after I called the company requiring an estimate. The next week, Eric and Yourri came and finished the work for me. I had thought replacing two zones of HVAC in my attic would be very challenging. Because both of them are very professional, they finished the work much quicker than I had expected. They worked silently and didn't disturb me , so I could attend the online meeting at home.

I am very satisfied with their work, and their prompt response in this busy season. I will ask Eric and Yourri to come again when other two zones in my house have to be replaced in the coming years.

I water heater ruptured early Saturday morning. I called the emergency line at Bruni and Campisi at 6 AM on Sunday. Chris responded immediately and Eric and Gabriel were here within two hours with a new water heater each and all were extremely professional.
They finish the job in two hours, and everything is perfect. I cannot recommend him highly enough excellent service all around.

Bruni & Campisi did an excellent job installing a brand-new heating and cooling system. It was all done on time, and they left my home very clean. Special mention to Vinny and Seth who took the time to explain the process and the installers Humberto and Steven were a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. High recommendations.

We were without heat and Called for emergency service on Saturday afternoon. Vanessa Called back within minutes. Was very polite and helpful. Steve arrived about 1 hour later. He was knowledgeable courteous and they had the part On his truck and the repair was done immediately.

Our tech was excellent at his job. He could answer every question and knew just what to do to fix our air conditioner. God bless him!

I wish I could give this company less than zero stars. Tech came to my house and didn’t want to do the job. Told me every excuse under the sun but what was called out for. I asked for a quote to install a new system and was told the house is going to cost too much money and don’t want to waste my time if I’m not going to get the job. Also mentioned Con-Ed would only give me a certain amount of a rebate, keep in mind I never asked about a rebate nor worried about price to get a unit. I called the service center to talk with a manager and they hung up on me and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I would never in a million years recommend this company to do any type of work. Home owners beware.

B&C took my call which came after I determined I had a problem with one of my home's two AC systems. They promptly scheduled a service and fixed the problem on the date of the service! The service technician was courteous, and knowledgable.
