We have just installed a heat pump with them, which we have not used yet. But so far, the salesperson, Keith and the tech, Seth, were super knowledgeable and professional. The service was fairly priced in the mid-range.

This is not a review of their quality of work, but rather customer service. I called regarding a heating issue which they responded to and provided a professional assessment. I accepted their $200 charge if I decided not to go with them to complete the job. The problem was their estimate to install a new gas boiler was just over $21,000. They were $8,000 to $10,000 over 4 other estimates; each from reputable companies and the same work was detailed in the estimate. I would have accepted the $200 had the estimate was within reason, but an estimate so high didn't leave me a choice. I kindly requested a refund of the $200, but was denied... like i said Had the estimate been comparable to the others i would accept the $200 charge but to me this is poor customer relations and understanding. So fortunately there are many other companies that do NOT charge a show up fee and perform good work at reasonable cost.

Bruni and Campisi is a step above the rest. They have a very experienced team people working for them, and they will “definitely fix” what ever issue you are having. Top notch customer service.
They do not cut corners, they do not give you the run around. They are honest and straightforward.

Replaced pilot safety on steam boiler. They came promptly on emergency call.

Needed service again for bathroom faucet installation and toilet repair. Responded right away for toilet leak and did the faucet work at the same time. Very happy!

Got bad news but was pleased with the service now. Looking forward to doing business with them but never look back to the previous installer. They did a bad job and now i'm paying for it . Looking forward to doing the rest of the business with Bruno and campise. Very pleased with the technician Tony and the way He explained everything to me very professional.

I am giving Bruni & Campisi one star because they were wonderfully communicative. They texted the day before, the day of, and immediately after coming to my house. That is very appreciated. However, to come to my house, (with an appointment scheduled days in advance, not a last minute emergency) look at my sump pump, and tell me it's no longer working, they charged $224.88. For a diagnosis. They didn't install anything, they didn't repair anything, they didn't service anything. They looked at the sump pump, told us we need a new one, and charged us $224.88. I know prices of everything have gone way up, but this is beyond unreasonable. It's criminal.

This company was AWFUL. They said they capped a gas line and they left it wide open! Charged me 2K and I have to get their ‘work’ (if you want to call it that) fixed and I am still having issues. They came to the house multiple times and just kept charging and charging. Not honest and not good work. I would give -5 stars if I could.
