Booking an appointment was very easy and I was sent reminders at appropriate times including when the technician was on his way to my home. My technician, Godfrey, was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was very efficient and finished his work quickly. I would definitely recommend the company for HVAC services.

Expensive but they came, had the parts needed and with good quality tech. But Invoice was not itemized with name of parts installed broken down by cost and labor. I will now have to chase them for a detailed invoice.

Malik Marji came to my home to diagnose my furnace heating system. I called for someone to come look at my furnace but instead Malik spent over 15 minutes just looking at my thermostat and changing the batteries, which I did not even request and had nothing to do with what I needed him to look at. He continually delayed looking at the furnace and completing the diagnosis. He then asked for $200 just to figure out what was wrong with the furnace which is what he should have been doing in the first place. To make matters worse, Malik had absolutely no respect and walked out of my house right after slamming my door.
