My service technician was so professional so calm because I was not. very experienced and knowledgeable with the situation at hand and explained to me what he was doing. Overnight my water tank failed and leaked all over. I called this company and within 30 mins someone came and gave an estimate. I took the deal and they installed it within 2.5 hrs. These guys were fast and professional and one guy had shoe covers on. They also rolled the drape over the walkway as not to get it dirty.

This company is dishonest and only care about collecting your money.
We called them to get our gas meters checked for leaks. They came to give us an estimate. We signed the contract and paid the first fee and an appointment was made to check the meters.
Everything checked out and there were no leaks detected. We were told that a permit must be applied for the town inspector to come and inspect the meters. Inspectors came and everything also checked out fine. They stated that ConEd will be contacted once paperwork was filed with them. Payments were made to B&C throughout the process with no issues.
After over a week, we still hadn't heard from ConEd and when we would contact B&C to ask what was going on, they would never have a direct answer or would say they would call back and they never would. Finally we were able to get in contact with Glen Glasser, who worked on our case.
Turns out, B&C completely forgot to send in our paperwork. The only way we found out was because ConEd emailed us saying that paperwork was still not submitted. When I asked Glen Glasser what happened, his response was that the case 'slipped their minds' and was 'forgotten'. Funny because they were so quick to take our money but when it came time to finish their job, they didn't really care to finish it and even admitted that they just forgot to submit the paperwork. Then tried to place the blame on ConEd.
Don't bother with this place. Once you pay them, you'll never get an answer and your case will be forgotten unless you chase them down yourself. Horrible customer service on top of that.

My upstairs radiators abruptly stopped working. Timing? Coldest weekend of the year. Quickly got an appointment with Bruni and Campisi. Caleb, their tech, was knowledgeable, (even though I have a 73 year old boiler!) professional, and efficient.
Diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly then provided TLC bleeding to all cold radiators. I am now a happy, and warm, camper.

I use B & C for all my heating/plumbing needs and they are outstanding in an emergency 🆘 and for a regular service call. My tech guy was Gotfried and he came out on Xmas day when I had no heat and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although I need an electrician, he was able to help me restore heat to my home in a temporary way until an electrician could arrive. I have used this Westchester based company for years to install my sinks and other plumbing jobs. Their price is right and their work is top notch too. Far better than any CT plumbing & heating company I’ve had in my home in the past.

Our old furnace broke down on a Saturday. Called Bruni & Campisi. They came right away. Decided to replace the old furnace. By Wednesday new furnace was up and running. Friendly staff, efficient service. They have their act together.

Electric water heater
On Monday the 16th of January 2023, your company sent me aTechnician for a brand new electric water heater that was not giving enough hot water. The guy came and diagnose the water heater as the ELEMENT from the water heater is no good and need to be changed. He did not take the serial number of the water heater during our first interaction which delayed the problem being solved. Due to my work schedule it took me a couple of days to get the serial number in to the company. I took picture and sent it to your company. The same technician came again and empty it and what came out was warm water. I asked my tenant if they have hot water now and she answered me yes, but not too hot. When he couldn’t figure out the issue Your Technician this time said that the thermostat wasn't working (second diagnostic). Each time I am paying a fee. Until now my tenant has no hot water. Think that he is not a good technician. At this point I got frustrated went with another company now the tenant is happy. What he claims was the y was not. The water heater is brand new from recently renovated home that I purchased in November.

So I called the have my furnace diagnosed. The company sent a technician that goes by the name as Malik Marji. At first I was explaining to him that the furnace was not working properly and that the flames were not being ignited. Upon telling him this he still ignored my aunts request to have the furnace checked out. I paid the initial $89.95 and explained that I was hoping to have it diagnosed as soon as possible. The technician decided upon himself to check the thermostat when there was NOTHING wrong with it. He spent 15 minutes working on the thermostat and then he turned on the furnace and it was blowing hot air only for 5 minutes before the flames went out. Apparently, this is where it gets funny. He tells me that the $89.95 is over and his time is up if he wants us to continue checking the furnace now he wants to charge $202.00 for just one hour to diagnose the furnace. After explaining to him that he spent all his time on the thermostat and not on the furnace just to kill time he started going back and forth arguing with me. I told the technician that there was nothing wrong with the thermostat but because I was so desperate I was going to still go ahead with the additional charge, but then the technician decides to take it upon himself to just leave the house and as he is walking out he SLAMS everything on his way out. When he opened the door he damaged my wall with hour hard he opened the door and slammed the knob in the wall. And when he slammed the door close it was something I would have never expected. Stay away from the rude, unprofessional technicians from this company. It is truly disgusting how ignorant and rude these technicians are. I will never ever call this company up again.

Fast response great customer service and the technician who did the work were great ,fast knowledgeable and true professionals ,I would not hesitate to call them again for any other needs I might have in my house ..and I would definitely recommend them to anyone
