Godfrey Okeme was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very realistic with suggesting additional repairs during his tune-up visit. He was also very respectful of our house and made sure to clean up after he was done working. I’m active duty military and work late every day, but Bruni & Campisi was accommodating. Godfrey was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He also thanked me for my service, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend!

Bruno &Campisi responded to a Chritmas Eve heat failure crisis in our home, literally rescuing us from a frigid home! Contrast this response to a 12/27/22 appointment offered by a different company. The technician was professional, diligent, and successful at solving the immediate problem. He practiced Covid safe protocol. As per company procedure, he scheduled a followup evaluation together with an experienced supervisor, who evaluated and advised us of options moving forward. Thank you for Practicing all of the standards we have heard in the commercials over the years!

Bruni & Campisi did an excellent job completely overhauling our heating and cooling systems, removing our old steam heat system and installing heat pumps and central AC in our 1800s house. They delivered on the schedule they promised us, and made sure we never went without heat or hot water during the process. Their technicians, Jermaine and Nick, were a pleasure to work with. They were in our home for almost three weeks and made every effort to keep the job site as clean and safe as possible throughout that time, keeping a special eye out for the safety of our two young children. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and carefully addressed any concerns during the process, making sure we were fully comfortable and satisfied with the new system before completing the job. Highly recommend.

I called on a holiday weekend our igniter went out and we had no heat! We were happy and thankful to find 24 Hr emergency service ! Our technician. Godfrey was a hero! He was able to get the problem fixed he explained every and he was very professional courtesy and polite and most of all he was experienced and knew what to do to get it fixed !! We were very appreciative of this company sending us someone on emergency and someone who knew what he was doing !! Very satisfied !
