Aqueduct was great to work with - their technician Michael DiFiore was knowledgeable and skilled. He laid out several options for me so I knew all the ways (and prices) that my plumbing issues could be addressed. They responded to my inquiry extremely quickly and were able to come to my house the next day.

Manny and Mike were fantastic! Knew their stuff, worked highly efficiently, gave us great recommendations, and were all around fun, good dudes. Can not recommend them more!

We had our sewer line replaced. The team at Aqueduct was responsive and professional and the price was fair. Their price was less than half what someone less scrupulous than Aqueduct quoted me. The job was done in 4 days (1 day less than expected) and they made as little of a mess as they possibly could have. I would absolutely recommend Aqueduct to anyone. Ryan and Tom provided great service.

Damien came right on time, very knowledgeable and explained my whole system to me and pinpointed the problem right away! And fixed it! I was very impressed! Will definitely specifically ask for him if I need AC repair again!

John helped get our heat back up and running on the coldest day of the year. He was very honest and helpful. He walked me through the entire process and showed me ways to troubleshoot in the future. Highly recommended.

I used Aqueduct for a few things including replacing leaking dishwasher and washing machine supply line taps, installing a gas dryer, replumbing the gas line for my oven, installing the supply line for my fridge, and removing obsolete piping. After first calling Aqueduct they sent out Dan to give me a quote for all of the work I wanted doing. He was polite and professional, and gave me a quote before leaving. I accepted the quote and we scheduled the day for the work before he left. A few days later Dan, and his partner Jake, showed up on time and ready to go. They were both friendly and professional. They wore boot covers when they were in the house and cleaned up as they went along. They gave me a quick rundown before starting letting me know the order they would be doing the work. When they had questions they came and found me. At the end of the day when they were done they walked me through all that they had done. I was impressed with their work, their knowledge, and their work ethic. They worked from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. I would highly recommend Aqueduct and especially Dan and Jake. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need more plumbing services.

Setting up an appointment was very quick and easy. Technician was very friendly and helpful. They called to give an update about when he was on his way, gave an ETA, and called when he arrived. Business sends the technicians name and photo which made me feel very secure and safe, knowing who to expect. Very friendly, professional, and kind. Will definitely be using them again and suggesting them!

The technician, Orrett, was excellent. He was polite, punctual and he carefully tried to address a recurring problem. We’re happy with the company and today’s service. Orrett was the third technician from Aqueduct in the last 4 weeks. Hopefully, the problem that we are experiencing will finally be corrected.

Chris was amazing. He was super easy to work with, very friendly and very straight and to the point. He helped me understand the source of the problem and went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and at a fair cost. I will ask for Chris every time!
