Hired this company for town sewer discharge compliance. High Jet Pressure cleaning was done in June. After weekly unreturned calls I finally established contact in October and was told video inspection was lost and had to be redone. We failed inspection, as the video showed sewer line was dirty with grease! They then offered to clean it again with a special machine for thousands of dollars. I contacted 2 professional drain cleaning companies that noted the video should have not been submitted. We had it cleaned again with the special machine for a fraction of Aqueduct's ridiculously high estimate and it passed. I reached out to management to discuss this with them but received no response. Do not use! Unreliable, unprofessional, over charging and inexperienced with sewer discharge compliance.

DO NOT USE IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Truly the most unprofessional company. They only care about upselling people and STEALING YOUR MONEY. They under appreciate their customers, employees and techs. No loyalty. Trust me RUN!

Excellent timeliness and responsiveness from the tech Eric Vasquez who came out to inspect our AC unit, provide a tune up and diagnose any issues.

I am a repeat customer of Aqueduct. I am on their annual maintenance plan (very affordable). They call you to remind you to set your appointment. They are very professional. They only offer you what you need and not what they want to sell you. If you prefer hiring people you would invite to your kids’ birthday party then you should go with Aqueduct.

We called aqueduct for a suspected leak, and they were able to send someone that day. The leak ended up being a clog, and the clog was actually a severe clog in the sewer line. It was a 3 day process, but they were able to get people out each day until the problem was resolved (it ended up being a grease clog in the sewer line requiring a 100ft hydrojet).

All the plumbers who came to our house were clean, communicative, and helpful. They explained each step of the process, and helped us find a GC to open up the ceiling. A special shoutout to Chris, who crawled all around our crawlspace, found the grease clog, and led the hydrojetting! He even kept a special eye out to make sure our cats didn't get loose

Manny is absolutely amazing. He was able to identify the problem and rectify it immediately. He’s honest, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all dependable. My father is extremely particular, and he even immediately recognized how skillful Manny was. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Definitely an A+ technician!

I've been using Aqueduct for my HVAC and plumbing needs for over a year now. They have been nothing short of great. Orrett was particularly kind and very helpful.
